し、一方の一対の外胴片1の上に折目Bを介して外蓋片
3を,他方の一対の外胴片2の上に蓋フラップ4を連設
すると共に、夫々の外胴片1の下に折目Cを介して外底
片5を,夫々の外胴片2の下に底フラップ6を連設して
いる。 また、夫々の外蓋片3及び蓋フラップ4に夫々同一巾の
高さ間隔片7a,7bを折目Dを介して連設すると共
に、内天面となる内蓋片8,9を折目Eを介して高さ間
隔片7a,7bに連設し、さらに内蓋片8,9に折目F
を介して蓋部接着片10,11を連設している。 夫々の外底片5及び底フラップ6には同一巾の高さ間隔
片12を折目Hを介して連設し、ついで折目Iを介し内
底片13,14を、折目Jを介し内胴片15,16を、

ことにより外胴片2に連設する係止舌片2aを切起し形
成すると共に、係止舌片2aの中央部に端部に開口する
係合溝2bが切欠してある。 また、夫々の外蓋片3,外底片5の高さ間隔片7a,1
2の両側部に内側閉塞片8,13を連設させないことに
よって差込片7c,12aが形成され、夫々その開放端
部に開口する係合溝7d,12bが折目D,Hに沿って
差込片7c,12aに設けられている。 次に本例の組み立てを説明すると、まず展開状態から第
6図及び第7図のように夫々の折目B,D,E,Gで折
曲して蓋部接着片10,11を外胴片1,2の内面上端
部に接着る。ついで夫々の折目H,I,J,T,M,
N,P,Rで折曲して第1接着片18を外胴片1,2の
内面に接着すると共に、第2接着片20を内胴片15,
16の外面下部に接着し、さらに第3接着片21を外底
片5或いは底フラップ6に接着するのである。 これにより、係合孔Kが上下両端に開口配置して第4図
及び第5図のような展開状態となり、第2図のように折
目Aで折曲し、底フラップ6を外底片5の上に重ね糊代
片1aを隣接する外胴片2の開放側端辺部に止着し、外
底片5の合わせ目を接着テープで止着する。 そして、第8図及び第9図のように係止舌片2aを起
し、これによってその切起し空部と係合孔Kが連通され
る(第2図及び第9図参照)ため、外蓋片3,外底片5

円滑な包装作業となるのである。この開口ラインにテー
プ止めを施してもよいことはもちろんである。 また箱体は、間隔付与片7a,7b,12,17により
外胴片1,2、外蓋片3、蓋フラップ4、外底片5及び
底フラップ6に空気層の間隔をおいて内胴片15,1
6、内蓋片8,9及び内底片13,14が配置した内箱
面が形成され二重構造の強固な包装箱となるのである。 さらに、その内箱体のうちで、内蓋片で形成する内天面

重量商品の荷重で破損しても他の内底片が収容商品を良
好に支持できるのであり、また箱体を逆にしても強度に
支障がないのであり扱い易いものである。 なお、本例では、内胴片15,16と外胴片1,2とに
補強片19が略中央部で介在しているため、また内胴片
15,16と糊付けされた第2接着片20が外底片5或
いは底フラップ6に届いているため内胴片15,16及
び内底片13,14が一層強固となって変形が防止され
るのである。 本例は前記のように構成したが本考案においてはこれに
限定されない。 例えば、本考案の係止舌片による係止構造は実施例のよ
うに蓋部及び底部の両側に設けることに限定されず、蓋
部や底部だけ、或いは仮止め用に蓋部や底部の片側だけ
に設けてもよい。この場合、係止舌片の巾や長さは適宜
であり、差込片との係止状態も任意であって第12図の
ように構成してもよい。 また、フラップに設ける係合孔と外側閉塞片に連設する
差込片との挿入配置構成も適宜である。 さらに、外側閉塞片,フラップ,内側閉塞片等は外胴片
等と相互に一体連設される必要はなく、別材を貼着して
連設する構成でもよい。 なお、外側閉塞片,フラップ,間隔片及び内側閉塞片の
形状,巾,長さは問わない。 また、フラップに設ける係合孔と外側閉塞片に連設する
差込片との挿入配置構成も適宜である。 さらに、要旨ではないが、比較的軽量な商品では、本例
において第1接着片18までの連設構成でもよく、第2
及び第3接着片を必要とするものではない。 また、包装箱の材質も問わず、段ボール製の他、プラス
チック等でもよい。
