As shown in these figures, the box according to the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a pair of first side walls which are arranged so as to be bent inward at a central hinge 2 and which are arranged at positions opposite to each other. 1 and a pair of second side walls 3 arranged adjacent to and facing the first side walls 1, respectively,
Both the first side wall 1 and the second side wall 3 adjacent to each other are foldably connected by hinges 5 and 6 via a connecting member 4 which is vertically elongated. Further, the bottom plate portion has a configuration in which two portions each of which is formed by a trapezoidal portion 7 and a right-angled triangular portion 8 that are bent inward at the folding portion 9 are arranged side by side, and the bottom side of the trapezoidal portion 7 (the longer one The side) 7a can be bent inwardly with respect to the second side wall 3 by a hinge, and the right-angled triangular portion 8 has one side thereof bent at the bent portion 9 to the trapezoidal portion 7 and the other side. One side 8a is connected to the lower end of the half of the first side wall with the central hinge portion 2 as a boundary so that it can be bent inward. Further, the upper sides (shorter sides) of the two trapezoidal portions 7 are in contact with each other. In this embodiment, the overlapping portions 7b are formed so that one overlapping portion 7b is located inside the other trapezoidal portion and the other overlapping portion 7b is located inside the one trapezoidal portion so that they do not separate from each other. It is like this. As will be described later, 12 is a hole formed so that the bottom plate and the like can be bent, and 13 is a reinforcing plate that is foldably connected to one lower end of the second side wall.

An overlapping portion similar to the overlapping portion 7b of the trapezoidal portion is formed on the sides 8b of the right-angled triangular portion 8 which are in contact with each other, and the adjacent right-angled triangular portions are engaged with each other so that they are engaged with each other. If so, the sides of the two bottom plates extending from the two second walls which are in contact with each other, that is, the right-angled triangular portion 8, the trapezoidal portion 7, and the central lines of the right-angled triangular portion which are in linear contact with each other are Even in the part of (1), it is engaged and locked, and even if the bottom plate is pushed up by the force from below, it will not be lifted and therefore will not be bent. Further, a locking piece (for example, a thin band made of a strong material) extending in a direction perpendicular to the sides of the trapezoidal portion 7 which are in contact with each other or the sides 8a of the right-angled triangular portion 8 which are in contact with each other is attached to the side with which the contact is made. I may lock them by fixing their tips. This locking piece has one end fixed to one bottom plate (trapezoidal portion, triangular portion) by adhesion or the like, and the other end is appropriately connected to the bottom plate (trapezoidal portion, triangular portion) on the other side. ). Further, even if a tape which can be peeled off relatively easily is stuck on the joint portion of the bottom plate so as to connect both bottom plates, the tape can be locked similarly.

In the box assembled as shown in FIG. 1, after the reinforcing plate 13 is erected on the side of the second side wall 3, the overlapping portions 7b are removed and the bent portion 6 of the rear bottom plate portion is folded. The trapezoidal portion 7 and the right-angled triangular portion 8 are bent inward, and at the same time, the first side wall 1 is bent inward by bending its hinge portion 2. By folding in this way, it is folded as shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the outer chain line x

As shown in FIG. 3, the trapezoidal portion 7 and the right-angled triangular portion 8 enter inward (upward), and the first side wall 1 bends inward. Here, the holes 12 formed at the four corners of the bottom of the box enable folding even if the first side wall 1, the trapezoidal portion 7, and the right triangle portion 8 have a certain thickness.

From the state shown in FIG. 3, by further folding, the first side wall 1 is completely bent at the hinge portion 2 and overlaps with each other, and the trapezoidal portion 7 and the right triangle portion 8 also overlap with each other. By overlapping the side wall 1 and the second side wall 3 with each other, they are completely folded as shown in FIG.

Further, from the folded state as shown in FIG.
By performing the reverse operation, the state of FIG. 1 can be obtained, and the reinforcing plate 13 is completely overlapped with the bottom plate portion, so that the assembly of the box is completed. Here, it is sufficient for the holes 12 at the four corners to be as small as the width of the elongated connecting member 4, and there is no problem unless the articles to be stored in the box are extremely small.
However, if a cover 14 is provided as shown in FIG. 6, small articles can be stored. Also, when the box is folded, there is no problem because it is bent at 15.

FIG. 7 shows a modification of the first embodiment described above.
The second side wall 3 in which the connecting members 4 and 4'have different widths and face each other
Shows a state in which boxes with different lengths are folded.
As shown in this figure, the length of the second side wall can be reduced by widening the width of the connecting member even if the area of the bottom surface when assembled as shown by the chain line x is substantially the same. Therefore, by widening the width of all the connecting members, the thickness becomes large but the length becomes small when folded.

An embodiment of a foldable box using a thick foamed resin plate for heat insulation or a thick plate for other reasons is the seventh embodiment shown in FIGS. 27 to 30. Also in this embodiment, the first side wall 1 and the second side wall 3 which are bent inward by the hinge 2 are connected to the hinge 5 by the connecting member 4.
It is foldably connected by 6. Also, the bottom portion has a trapezoidal portion 7 and a triangular portion 8 as shown in FIG.
Are connected by a connecting plate 60, and the plate-shaped portions are connected by hinges 61, 62, 63, etc., respectively so as to be bendable,
As a result, even if the trapezoidal or triangular portions 7 and 8 are made of thick plates, they can be folded inward and the box can be folded. FIG. 29 is a view of the box seen from the bottom side, and 65 and 67 are high and hinges 61 and 62 have the lowest concave shape so that they can be bent even when the triangular parts 7 and 8 are made of thick plates. . That is, the back side of the connecting plate 60 has a triangular cross-section, and the back side of the trapezoidal portion 7 and the triangular portion 8 has a slope on the side where the connecting plate 60 and the connecting plate 60 contact each other. Connected to the connecting plate 60 with a hinge 6
It is 1,62. Therefore, even when the triangular portions 7 and 8 are folded from the hinges 61 and 62 and the triangular portions 7 and 8 fall inward, the inclined surfaces 66 and 67 and the inclined surfaces 68 and 69 can be folded by approaching each other. 28 and FIG. 30 are both in the state of being folded, and after passing through these states, FIG.
It folds like 1.

Further, a concave fitting portion 1c and a convex fitting portion 1d as shown in the drawing are formed on the first side wall 1 so that both fitting portions 1c, 1d are fitted to each other when the box is folded. For example, it can prevent accidental opening when the box is folded.
When assembling the box, if the first side wall 1 is separated, the fitting can be easily removed.

32 and 33 are views showing an eighth embodiment which is based on the folding method of the present invention and which is modified. In this embodiment, the first side wall 1 is a single plate that does not use a hinge, and therefore is not bendable, and the connecting member 4 is only two diagonally opposed, and the trapezoidal portion and the triangular portion are formed. Triangular shape 7, which is different from the other embodiments,
8, the structure is simple as a whole.

Also in the eighth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 33, like the other embodiments, the triangular portion 7 forming the bottom,
By folding 8 inward, the box can be folded. However, since it is folded at an angle, the area after folding is relatively large, but it has the features of simple structure, easy folding, and low cost.

In the box of the eighth embodiment, when a force is applied from the outside of the connecting member 4 toward the center of the box, the triangular portions 7 and 8 function as triangular connecting bodies to prevent deformation. Hard to deform. However, when a force is applied toward the center from the two corners where the connecting member 4 does not exist, it deforms relatively easily. In order to prevent this, it is known that the overlapping portion formed on the triangular portion 8 is extended to the center, that is, to the upper surface of the triangular portion 7 so as to mesh with each other to prevent deformation. However, even with such a structure, if a stronger force is applied, the bottoms may fold each other, and the meshes may be disengaged and deformed in the folding direction, which may cause an accident during cargo handling and transportation.

The box of the eighth embodiment does not prevent the deformation due to the meshing of the overlapping portions as described above, but prevents the bottom plate from bending up by the reinforcing bottom plate 13 whose one side is rotatable. is doing. The reinforcing bottom plate 13 tightly hits the wall surface on the opposite side to the wall surface on which the signal is applied, so as to prevent it from being lifted. However, if the locking means for the bottom plate for reinforcement is provided, the bottom plate for reinforcement can prevent the bottom plate from being lifted. Furthermore, the reinforcing bottom plate 13
Since the side wall of the box is prevented from bending, it will not be deformed or bent even if a strong force is applied to the box. Further, when the reinforcing bottom plate 13 is erected, if it is accommodated within the width of the connecting member 4, folding is simplified. In addition, since the reinforcing bottom plate 13 and the bottom plate form a double bottom, the bottom itself is strong and can accommodate a heavy object. Even when a small object or powder is stored, it does not leak.
