Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an original color pattern by placing a cut mold material on dyed denim cloth, blowing granules to the cloth surface and polishing and removing exposed surface of the cloth. CONSTITUTION:A mold material cut out in a desired shape is placed on already dyed denim cloth and then granules are blown to the surface of denim cloth and an exposed part of the cloth is polished, or after polishing, coating or pigment is blown to the polished part. Thereby, an original color pattern utilizing original handle of cloth is expressed and the pattern part has high fastness.

According to the present invention, the first step of covering a dyed denim cloth with a mold material cut out into an arbitrary shape, and spraying granules on the entire denim cloth, the inside of the opening portion of the mold material It is a method for patterning a fabric, which comprises a second step of polishing the surface of the fabric exposed to the outside. Further, the present invention comprises a step of covering a dyed denim cloth with a mold material cut out into an arbitrary shape, and spraying granules on the entire denim cloth, and polishing the surface of the cloth exposed in the openings of the mold material. It is a method of patterning a fabric, which comprises a second step and a third step of spraying a coating material onto the cloth while the mold material is covered.

<B> Prerequisite Technology First, the denim cloth to be processed will be briefly described. The denim fabric is a fabric woven in a slanted manner by using a yarn dyed for the warp and an undyed yarn for the weft. The dyeing method for denim fabric is the same as the dyeing process that is generally performed.

<B> Mold Material In the present invention, a mold material having the following cutout pattern is used. As the mold material, various plastic sheets, rubber sheets, thick paper, etc. can be used. For fine patterning, a plastic sheet made of a photosensitive resin may be used. The cutout pattern of the mold material is formed by printing, handwriting, image formation by a computer, or a photographic method. As the cutting means, for example, an automatic cutter device, a laser cutting device, various cutter devices, or a photomechanical method can be used. Further, when performing patterning, an adhesive material or an adhesive may be used to bond the two so that the mold material does not shift from the denim cloth, or the mold material may be vacuum-sucked from the denim cloth side.

<a> Setting of mold material While the entire denim cloth 1 is dyed in a predetermined color by the method described above, a mold material 3 with a cutout pattern 2 is manufactured,
The pattern material 3 is put on the surface of the dyed denim fabric 1. In the present embodiment, the cutout pattern 2 in which a circular ring and a square inscribed therein are combined is illustrated, but the cutout pattern 2 is not limited to this and may be formed by selecting an arbitrary shape.

<B> Sandblast Next, a group of particles (gold sand, etc.) not shown is sprayed over the entire denim fabric 1 covered with the mold material 3. Denim fabric 1
Among them, the area covered with the mold material 3 remains the original coloring because the particle group does not collide with the denim cloth. In the area where the cutout pattern 2 of the mold material 3 is opened, the denim cloth 1 is exposed. Therefore, the surface of the denim cloth 1 is thinly peeled off by directly colliding with the exposed denim cloth 1 in which particle groups are exposed. 4 is formed. Finally, the template 3 is removed from the surface of the denim fabric 1. When the mold material 3 is peeled off from the denim cloth 1, the discolored portion 4 having the same shape as the cutout pattern 2 is formed on the denim cloth 1. The shade of the discolored portion 4 is lighter than the area covered with the mold material 3. It is also possible to apply a plurality of shades to the discoloration 4 by selecting the sandblast particles, the injection pressure, the injection time, or the like.

[Embodiment 2] In the above embodiment, the case where the template 3 with the cutout pattern 2 is used is explained, but it is also possible to apply the patterning to the denim fabric 1 by using the template 3 without the cutout pattern 2. That is, the mold material 3 is used in which the wall thickness is partially thin according to the pattern to be formed. The thin-walled portion of the mold material 3 has such a thickness that it can be broken by sandblasting. Further, as the mold material 3, a material having a low strength such that the mold material 3 is broken by a jet of sandblast or a material whose total thickness is broken by a jet of the sandblast is used, and the injection nozzle of the sandblast is arbitrarily operated to form the mold material 3. The denim fabric 1 is patterned while being stripped according to the pattern to be formed.

[Third Embodiment] It is also possible to spray a desired paint or pigment on the color-changing portion 4 based on the denim cloth 1 having the color-changing portion 4 formed in the above-mentioned embodiment to form a multicolor pattern. In the case of the present embodiment, paint or pigment is sprayed while the mold material 3 is covered,
Alternatively, the mold material 3 is removed from the denim cloth 1, and instead, another mold material having a cutout pattern for coloring is covered, and paint or pigment is sprayed while covering.

<A> Since the present invention forms a pattern by peeling off the surface of the denim cloth, the pattern formed on the denim cloth is difficult to wash off. Therefore, the pattern can be maintained for a long period of time as compared with the case of patterning by the conventional printing method.

<B> Since the surface of the denim fabric is peeled off by sandblasting, it is possible to bring out a unique color utilizing the texture of the denim fabric that cannot be obtained by printing.

<C> By selecting the particle size of the sandblast, the spraying pressure, the spraying time, etc., the color and texture of the pattern forming portion of the denim fabric can be variously changed.

<D> Various patterns can be formed by spraying paint or pigment on the pattern after forming the pattern by sandblasting. In addition, since the surface layer of the denim fabric is rough, the permeability of the paint or pigment is improved, and the paint or pigment sprayed on the denim fabric is less likely to peel off.
