Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a chair-type stair lift moves up and down via a main sprocket that is rotated by a driving rotating body on a chain 30 in a rail 22 attached to an end of a stair 27. It is necessary to stop the elevator when the chain of the elevator is cut or the chain is loosened for some reason. Therefore, as an emergency stop device that operates by using the tension of the chain, a brake piece is attached to the catch puller hanging around the chain, and the balance between the catch puller force received from the chain and the elastic force of the brake elastic body is balanced. Therefore, the brake piece is operated. That is, when the elevator is normal, the brake elastic body is compressed by the tension of the chain and the brake piece 5 is pressed.
0a does not contact the groove 43 formed in the rail 22 (FIG. 7). On the other hand, when the chain of the elevator is loosened or cut for some reason, the chain loses its tension, so that the elastic force of the brake elastic body causes the brake piece 50a having a sharp tip to contact the groove 43 of the rail. Stop the elevator by contact resistance.

Therefore, when the elevator stops suddenly, the brake piece 50a comes into contact with the flat groove 43 and stops, but the tip of the brake piece 50a and the groove 43 of the rail make a line contact. Therefore, there are cases where the stop is not sufficient and a so-called slip phenomenon occurs, which makes it impossible to stop immediately. Therefore, the present invention provides a chair-type stair lift that eliminates the above problems.

On the other hand, when the chain is cut or the chain is loosened for some reason, the brake piece is brought into contact with the rail by the action of the brake elastic body. The tip of the brake piece engages with and contacts a brake groove formed in the rail. That is, the brake piece comes into surface contact with the brake groove, the contact area increases, and the brake piece can be quickly stopped.

It is a character-like brake piece having a front end with an acute angle when viewed from the front (see FIG. 3) and a trapezoidal shape when viewed from the side (see FIG. 6), and is provided with a catch puller 57 that is rotatable by a rotating shaft 51a at the end. . The catch puller 57 maintains the state in which it is pressed toward the chain 30 side by the brake elastic body 53, but the elastic force of the brake elastic body 53 causes the brake piece 50 to brake when the tension of the chain 30 is normal. Groove 4
Selected as one that does not come into contact with 5. On the other hand, when the chain 30 is loosened or cut for some reason, the elastic force of the brake elastic body 53 causes the brake piece 50 to come into contact with the brake groove 45 and make an emergency stop. Further, the power is cut off by the operation of the catch switch 54 which detects the operation of the catch puller 57. 60a and 60b are provided at the top and bottom of the stairs,
A stop body for stopping the chair body 23, and the stop body 6
0a is a tension member 6 that absorbs the vibration of the chain 30 and the like.
The end portion of the chain 30 is fixed via 1a. The chain 30 includes a guide roller 64 and a main sprocket 3
6, the catch puller 57, the auxiliary sprocket 55, and the guide roller 65. Further, a different diameter roller 49 for guiding the chain 30 is attached to the side portion of the main sprocket 36. Further, 66 is a lower flap, which is attached so that the down-limit switch 66b operates by maintaining a state in which it is constantly projected by a spring 66a and abutting against a stop body 60a. By operating this down-limit switch 66b, Rotary drive 3
5 stops. On the other hand, 67 is an up flap, which is not always operated by the spring 67a,
0b, the up-limit switch 67b is actuated, and the rotary driver 35 stops. In addition, considering safety,
The up-final limit switch 68 is attached to a position that operates later than the up-limit switch 67b, and when the up-final limit switch 68 operates, the power is shut off as an abnormality occurs.

When the start button 26a is pressed, the main sprocket 36 rotates via the output shaft 10 of the rotary drive body 35, and the elevator 20 descends when it is in a stopped state at the upper portion and starts to rise when it is in a stopped state at the lower portion. However, the chain 30 maintains a specific tension via the guide rollers 64 and 65 and the auxiliary sprocket 55. Then, when the elevator 20 descends, the lower flap 66 comes into contact with the stop body 60a and the down limit switch 66b operates, the rotary drive body 35 stops. On the other hand, the elevator 20 moves up and the up flap 67
When hits the stop body 60b, the up-limit switch 67b operates to stop the rotary drive body 35. When the up limit switch 67b does not operate for some reason, the up final limit switch 68 operates and shuts off the power. On the other hand, when an abnormality occurs due to the chain 30 being cut or loosened, the tension of the chain 30 disappears. As a result, catch puller 57
Is rotated clockwise by the elastic force of the brake elastic body 53 as shown in FIG.
Engage with. The trapezoidal shape of the tip of the brake piece 50 and the inclined portion 48a on the upper portion of the brake groove 45 engage with each other (in a surface contact state) and stop due to frictional resistance. At the same time, the catch switch 54 operates to shut off the power supply. For this reason, at the same time when an emergency occurs, the elevator can be stopped immediately and the safety of the person on board can be secured. Although a trapezoidal shape is selected as the tip shape of the brake piece, it is also possible to form a brake groove that engages with such shape in a shape such as a saw shape that increases the contact area.
