In a transfer foil for imparting a suede-like appearance to a product, when a conventional transfer foil is coated with an adhesive on the suede-like resin layer, it is formed in a porous suede-like resin layer. The adhesive penetrated and had a bad effect on color and foil breakage, and because the surface of the suede-like resin layer had irregularities, and the applied adhesive layer was absorbed, the suede-like resin layer became the transfer target. On the other hand, in order to improve the adhesion, it is necessary to increase the amount of adhesive applied. If the coating amount of the adhesive is increased, the adhesion is improved, but the foil breakage is deteriorated and burrs are generated. The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a sealing resin layer containing a pigment such as a bead pigment or an extender pigment having a thickness of 0.5 to 10 μm is provided between a suede resin layer and an adhesive layer. As a result, the unevenness of the suede pigment having a large particle diameter was smoothed, and the absorbability of the adhesive was reduced to reduce the amount of the adhesive applied, thereby improving the adhesiveness and the foil cutting property.

The shaped film 2 uses a matte film whose glossiness is adjusted by kneading a matte material, sandblasting, chemical etching or the like in order to make the surface of the film substrate 6 matte. In order to improve the releasability between the shaping film 2 and the suede tone resin layer 3 at the time of transfer, a release layer 8 may be separately provided on the surface of the film substrate 6, and the releasable layer 8 is the suede tone resin. A component (appropriate vehicle) that makes the layer 3 releasable, a releasable binder resin made by further adding a releasable substance such as wax silicon, if necessary, and a suede-like resin layer after peeling the shaped film It is composed of extender pigment 7 dispersed in the resin in order to form fine irregularities that form a matte rough surface. In addition, especially the surface of the suede-like resin layer 3 is JIS
In order to obtain a matte surface with a gloss value of -Z-8741 of 75 ° incidence method of 5 or less, it is preferable to form an inflated concave portion on the surface of the suede resin layer as shown in FIG. For that purpose, a bead pigment is used as a pigment dispersed in the release layer 8.

The resin material used for the suede-like resin layer 3 may be any material other than a thermosetting resin, and a thermoplastic resin, an electron beam curable resin or the like can be used. When the suede resin layer 3 is made of thermosetting resin,
There is a problem that the temperature of thermosetting is high and the base material is likely to be distorted by high heat during curing. Examples of resin materials include acrylic, chelate-curable acrylic, vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate copolymer, rubber, etc., and two-component curable types include epoxy-curable acrylic, acrylic urethane, polyester urethane, urethane elastomer, electron beam curable. Examples of the resin include polyester acrylate, urethane acrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate, neopentyl glycol diacrylate and the like. Among them, acrylic urethane, urethane elastomer and the like are preferable because a resin layer excellent in scratch resistance can be obtained. Further, the suede-like resin layer 3 may be optionally colored in order to enhance the matte effect.

Bead pigment 9 used for suede-like resin layer
The same as those used for the release layer can be used, but the most frequent particle size when used for the suede-like resin layer is 10 to 40 μm in order to express the suede-like matteness and feel of the surface. Those in the range of are suitable. In particular, if the most frequent particle size is 10 to 15 μm and it is combined with a wood grain pattern, it is possible to approximate the luster appearance of the surface of the wood grain board, and the addition amount of these bead pigments is 15 to 100 wt%. In forming the suede-like resin layer 3, after applying the suede ink in which the bead pigment 9 is dispersed in the vehicle 10 or the like to the surface of the shaping film 2 by a coating method such as gravure coating or a printing method such as screen printing, if necessary. The resin material can be formed by heating or irradiating ionizing radiation to dry or cure the resin material.

The extender pigment 11 used for the filling layer is
Silica, talc, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate,
Precipitated barium sulfate or the like is preferable, and the amount of application may be such that the uneven shape of the suede-like resin layer is reduced, and is preferably smooth. For that purpose, it is necessary to make the most frequent particle size smaller than the bead pigment in the suede-like resin layer, specifically, 0.5 to 10 μm is preferable. Further, by adding a bead pigment of small particle size of 0.5 to 10 μm to the sealing layer, the formation of the adhesive layer can be facilitated at the time of manufacturing the transfer foil, and the suede-like resin layer can be transferred smoothly after the transfer. Also, the foil is well cut and burrs do not appear. The bead pigment 12 used in the filling layer 4 is the same as that used in the release layer, and the most frequent particle size is 0.5 to 1
It can be selected and used in the range of 0 μm. Further, at the time of transfer, the transfer layer is not cut along the boundary between the transfer layer and the portion in contact with the transfer target at the peripheral portion of the transfer target.
In order to prevent such foil burrs from occurring, the amount of extender pigment or bead pigment added is 1 to 15% by weight.

The adhesive layer 5 can be formed by using an adhesive appropriately selected depending on the material of the transferred material 12, and is generally an acrylic resin, a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, a rubber resin, a thermoplastic urethane resin. An adhesive such as a single substance or a mixture thereof can be used. If the coating amount of the sealing resin and the adhesive is sufficient, the adhesion will be excellent, but the processing suitability will deteriorate (foil flash will occur). On the contrary, if the coating amount is reduced, the workability is excellent, but the adhesion is poor. There is a conflict between workability and adhesion, and it is necessary to balance them. The coating amount of the sealing resin layer + adhesive is preferably 5 to 30 μm.
