However, since the acoustic impedance is largely changed in the opening 3 of the acoustic tube 1, a part of the sound wave is reflected and returns to the sound path 4 to form a standing wave, and the length of the acoustic tube 1 is increased. Due to the standing wave generated at, the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic is severely disturbed with a peak dip.

However, the sound absorbing material 2 disposed inside the acoustic tube 1 absorbs and suppresses each standing wave to produce a flat reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic. That is, the sound absorbing material 2 plays an important role in the reproduction principle of this type of speaker device.

Further, the first reflector 5 and the second reflector 6
Is arranged so that the sound emitted from the diaphragm 9 of the speaker unit 8 and enhanced by the narrowing portion 7 of the throat is not directly absorbed by the sound absorbing material 2, and also acts on the correction in the middle range in particular. As a result, natural sound reproduction is made possible by the opening 3 of the acoustic tube 1 which is elongated and has a substantially rectangular shape.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional structure, as shown in FIG. 3, a large amount of the sound absorbing material 2 provided to suppress the standing wave generated inside the acoustic tube 1 causes the sound waves of the middle and high frequency components to be absorbed. The first reflector 5 and the second reflector 6 are absorbed for the purpose of preventing this phenomenon.
2 is provided, it is not enough to prevent the sound pressure drop in the middle and high ranges, as indicated by the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic of the above-mentioned conventional speaker device in FIG. 2, and the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristic is further disturbed. There was a problem that the characteristics of many peak dips were caused and the intelligibility of voice was lowered. Further, in order to suppress the standing wave, the sound absorbing material 2 has to be used in a large amount, which leaves a problem in terms of cost.

With this configuration, even in a speaker device having a horn or an acoustic tube whose opening is an elongated rectangular shape in consideration of incorporation into a device, the first reflector and the second reflector installed inside the acoustic tube. The sound absorbing material that is inserted in combination on one side or both sides of the space formed between the sound tube and the side wall of the acoustic tube is combined with the sound absorbing material of completely different sound absorbing characteristics, and the sound absorbing material is inserted in the optimum combination. It is possible to improve the sound pressure of 500 to 5 KHz, which is an important frequency band that constitutes voice, and it is possible to improve the intelligibility of voice, which cannot be achieved by conventional products.

In particular, by changing the size and the combination of the positions of the sound absorbing materials having completely different sound absorbing characteristics, it is possible to suppress the peak dip of the reproduced sound pressure frequency characteristics and flatten the acoustic characteristics. Moreover, the standing wave can be suppressed with a smaller amount than the amount of the sound absorbing material inserted into the conventional speaker device, and the cost can be reduced.

The operation of the speaker device of the present invention constructed as above will be described. First, when an input signal is applied to the speaker unit 19 for full-band reproduction, the diaphragm 20 of the speaker vibrates, and the sound wave is guided to the opening 14 of the acoustic tube through the sound path 15 inside the acoustic tube 11. However, at that time, the sound pressure of a specific frequency band is emphasized by the length of the first reflector 16 and the standing wave generated by the length of the acoustic tube 11 is suppressed by the second reflector 17. The first sound absorbing material 12 or the second sound absorbing material 13 inserted into the space portion 23 formed on the front surface, or a combination of both is absorbed, and the first reflecting plate 16 and the second reflecting plate 17 are absorbed. Disturbances in the frequency band caused by the arrangement difference between the first sound absorbing member 12 and the second sound absorbing member 12 or the second sound absorbing member 12 or the second sound absorbing member 12 in the space 22 are also provided. By absorbing with sound absorbing material 13 or a combination of both If to be able to control the intermediate and high frequency regeneration zone, it is possible to improve the sound pressure of the medium and high frequencies are important frequency band constituting the human voice.
