に露出させるために該中空大径部に形成した開口と、該
可動噛合片を揺動可能に支持する揺動弾性手段と、該可
動噛合片の内径側に位置する該可動筒状部材部分の外周
面に形成した第1のカムと、該可動噛合片の内周面に形
成され該第1のカムと係合する第2のカムと、該可動筒
状部材を前方に押し込んだ時に作動して該可動筒状部材
