正確に検知する機構を具えたプロツター用筆記体の提供
を目的とする。

りやや上方位置の軸筒(2)に芯固定チヤツク(4)の芯保持
部(4a)が移動孔部(3c)内に没入して生ずる芯固定チヤツ
ク(4)上端の変位を検知するセンサー(11)を設置したこ
とを特徴とするプロツター用筆記体を提供するものであ
る。

を浪費する等の問題点が解決されるものである。尚、芯
を保持した状態と保持していない状態の芯固定チヤツク
の変位量をセンサーに検知できる程度に大きくするため
には移動孔部を設けるまでもなくチヤツクケースのテー
パ内面の角度を浅くするだけでよいと単純に考えられが
ちであるが、テーパ内面の角度を浅くするとボールの楔
効果が過大となり芯の引き出しに支障を生ずるようにな
りボールチヤツクの機能が損われる結果をまねくもので
ある。ボールチヤツクが正常に機能するためのテーパ内
面角度は軸線に対して10°前後が適当であり、この程度
の角度では芯を保持した状態と芯を保持していない状態
の変位量はせいぜい0.3mm程度しかとれずセンサーによ
る検知が極めて困難であることが研究の結果判明してい
るが、本考案の如くテーパ内面の上方位置に連続して移
動孔部を設けることによつて初めてテーパ内面角度を適
度な値に設定しながらセンサーに検知できる変位量が得
られるようになるものである。センサーの種類や感度に
よつて芯固定チヤツクの変位量を自由に設定できること
は勿論のことである。
