BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the manufacturing process of a food production line, it is necessary to arrange a large number of confectioneries in a tray and store the tray in a magazine in multiple rows and multiple stages for handling. Further, in this process, the depalletizing work for taking out the tray from the magazine again after the process is processed from the magazine storing these trays as needed, that is, the confectionery and the parts on the tray are again trained after the depalletizing work. -A transport line is required to take out the empty magazine or tray and return it back to the original production line.
According to the present invention, in the manufacturing process of such a food manufacturing line, the tray can be easily moved in and out between the magazine and the tray, and the tray can be effectively prevented from jumping out of the magazine during transportation. Storage magazine,
In the process using the magazine, when there is a difference in capacity between the manufacturing machine for confectionery and the next step of the manufacturing machine, for example, the packaging machine, the magazine is used to temporarily buffer the manufacturing line. The present invention relates to a transportation / storage system that can have functions.

2. Description of the Related Art In various conventional depalletizers, for example, in a tire manufacturing line, a method of transporting each tire in a plane from the manufacturing line, raising it 90 ° vertically and arranging them in parallel and mass-handling is known. Has been presented. This has no effect other than to facilitate transportation and storage. On the other hand, when a large number of electronic equipment substrates are stored in a magazine at the same time for transportation, springs are installed on the many shelves provided on both wall surfaces of the rack that stores the substrates in the magazine to prevent vibrations during transportation and during storage. We are trying to prevent the base from slipping out. However, when confectionery waste or sanitation treatment peculiar to the food handling process requires a process including a water washing process, it is difficult to use any of the conventional techniques. For example, the springs on the magazine shelves are clogged with confectionery debris, which makes it difficult to completely remove them by washing with water. Particularly, since both ends of a flat plate-like object such as a base or a tray are placed and stored, a magazine provided with shelves on both wall surfaces is required to have a simple concavo-convex shape suitable for washing with water.

FIG. 1 is an external view of a tray or magazine according to the present invention. Confectionery 1 is placed on the tray-2 in the manufacturing process. The tray-2 has a structure in which the edge portion 3 is bent to have a larger section modulus than that of the flat plate portion 7 in order to increase strength and rigidity when the tray-2 is stored in the magazine 4. This bending effect can reduce the amount of bending due to the bending moment due to the weight of the confectionery 1 on the tray-2.
2 and 3 show the storage state of the tray. The magazine 4 is provided with a groove 5 of a simple shape on the side wall surface so that a large number of trays 2 can be stored therein, and a tray 1 on which the confectionery 1 is placed from the side opening so as to correspond to the bent edge 3 of the tray-2. Insert 2. Incidentally, the magazine 4 is made of stainless steel or aluminum, and the groove portion 5 is constructed by incorporating a molded article of industrial plastic.

At both ends or one end of the groove portion 5 of the magazine 4, inclined portions 6 are provided which descend inward, whereby after the tray-2 is put in the magazine 4, the tray 4 is accelerated or decelerated during transportation. It is possible to prevent -2 from popping out. In order to explain the pop-out prevention effect, the mechanical equilibrium relationship regarding the tray-2 is analyzed with reference to FIG. In FIG. 4, W = weight of the object on Tre-2 and Torre-2 m = mass of object on Tre-2 and Torre-2 θ = inclination angle of inclined portion 6 from horizontal plane N = normal of inclined surface Component force (perpendicular component of slope) f = friction force applied to inclined surface f ′ = friction force at other end of inclined surface α = tray and acceleration of object on tray

Now, assuming that a force of mα in the tray-2 is generated during acceleration / deceleration during conveyance, the equation of the force is as follows: acceleration force of the tray = horizontal force = friction force at the other end of its own weight + horizontal frictional amount on the slope. Force + horizontal component of slope. Therefore, solving the physical equilibrium state for each of these forces, first, in the contact surface on the slope, the normal force N of the slope, the component force of the horizontal friction force due to the frictional drag of the normal force = Nμcos θ = W / 2 · Cos θ · μ cos θ, horizontal reaction force due to reaction force due to the weight of the slope = W / 2 · tan θ, frictional force at the other end of the tray due to its weight is W / 2 · μ, and the equilibrium conditions for these forces are as follows: Like mα = μ ・ W / 2 + μW / 2 ・ cos 2 θ + W / 2 ・ tan θ ∴W / g ・ α = W / 2 (μ + μ cos 2 θ + tan θ) ∴α = g / 2 (μ + μ cos 2 θ + tan θ) If θ = 0 Then, mα = μ · W / 2 + μW /
It becomes 2 + 0-μW. On a slope where θ ≈ 90 °, m
α = μ · W / 2 + μW / 2 + W / 2 · ∞ = ∞. Therefore, by appropriately selecting the angle of this slope, it is possible to prevent the protrusion due to the acceleration applied to the training-2.
The magazine that specifically satisfies these conditions is transported by the following system and can be used in the confectionery manufacturing process.

Based on FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, the above-mentioned tray-2 is used.
A new transport / storage system using the magazine 4 will be described. In FIG. 5, 10 is a confectionery manufacturing machine. The produced confectionery is transported by tray-2 (FIG. 1) and stored in magazine 4 (FIG. 1) by palletizer-11.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a three-dimensional warehouse, and the magazine 4 storing the tray can be stored in the three-dimensional warehouse 12 by a transport facility (FIG. 6) and can also be directly sent to the packaging machine (see the distribution flow in FIG. 6). . Reference numeral 13 is a depalletizer, and 14 is a packaging machine. In the figure, the line is capable of packaging three types of packaging machines A, B, and C. Reference numeral 15 is a magazine return line, and 16 is a tray return line.

Generally, the processing capacity of the packaging machine 14 is lower than that of the production line of the manufacturing machine 10. In this system, the three-dimensional warehouse 12 is installed in front of the packaging machine so that the function of temporarily storing with a small number of packaging machines is directly connected to the production line. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, 50% of the product is temporarily stored in a three-dimensional warehouse, and the remaining 50% is sent to the packaging machine 14 for packaging without passing through the warehouse. In that way, another product type can be switched next on the production line, and the product type temporarily stored in the three-dimensional warehouse for storage even after the switching can be continuously flowed to the packaging machine 14 after the type switching. . By repeating the operation in sequence, two packaging machines can be operated at one time, and three packaging machines can be operated at the same time to continue production / packaging. That is, even if the number of packaging machines having low productivity is reduced, it is possible to efficiently carry out the production without lowering the production amount.
