Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a synthetic resin container at extremely low cost. CONSTITUTION:Bar-like synthetic resin 3 is stack wound so as to produce the desired container form. At the same time, by properly adhering synthetic resins 5 on the surface of the stack wound synthetic resin, temporary fixation is performed. After the completion of the stack winding, synthetic resin is applied onto the inner surface of the synthetic resin, which is formed in the shape of the container.

When a synthetic resin container is manufactured by a method such as compression molding, injection molding or blow molding, a large-scale apparatus equipped with an expensive mold is required. High cost. Therefore, such a molding method using a machine is disadvantageous in cost for manufacturing a large-sized synthetic resin container or a large number of synthetic resin containers. The present invention solves the above problems by providing a novel method for producing a synthetic resin container.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the present invention, while a rod-shaped synthetic resin is wound to form a desired container shape, the synthetic resin is appropriately coated on the surface of the synthetic resin. The present invention provides a method for producing a synthetic resin container characterized in that the synthetic resin is adhered to the inner surface of the synthetic resin formed in a container shape by temporarily fixing the resin by adhering and after the winding is completed.

In the present invention, the synthetic resin is formed into a desired container shape by winding the rod-shaped synthetic resin. When the rod-shaped synthetic resin is wound, it may be wound without using a mold, but the rod-shaped synthetic resin may be wound around the outer periphery of the mold (inner mold) or the rod-shaped synthetic resin on the inner surface of the mold (outer mold). It does not matter if you wrap synthetic resin. Temporary fixing performed by adhering the synthetic resin to the surface of the wound synthetic resin is to maintain the shape of the synthetic resin in the middle of the winding and the synthetic resin after the winding. Subsequently, by attaching the synthetic resin to the inner surface of the synthetic resin formed in a container shape, the container is reinforced and water leakage is prevented when the container is used as a vase or the like.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. [When Using Inner Mold] (FIGS. 1 to 3) Reference numeral 1 is a mold having a shape corresponding to a desired synthetic resin container 2. The mold 1 may be made of any material, for example, an existing vase or other container. As an example, polyamide-based EVA is used on the outer periphery of the mold 1.
For example, a rod-shaped synthetic resin 3 having flexibility at room temperature is wound from the lower end side, for example. Reference numeral 4 in FIG. 1 is a synthetic resin forming the bottom surface of the synthetic resin container 2. While the rod-shaped synthetic resin 3 is wound around the outer periphery of the mold 1, the synthetic resin 5 is adhered to the surface of the appropriately wound synthetic resin 3 for temporary fixing. The synthetic resin 5 for temporary fixing is welded between the rod-shaped bodies of the synthetic resin 3 by using, for example, a hot gun (a hand-held tool that is discharged from the orifice of the discharge port by pressure when the material is heated). While temporarily fixing, the rod-shaped synthetic resin 3 is wound around the outer periphery of the mold 1, and after the winding is completed, the inner mold 1 is removed. Then, the synthetic resin 6 is attached to the inner surface of the synthetic resin 3 formed in a container shape. When attaching the synthetic resin 6 to the inner surface, the mold 1 is used.
Although the same kind of synthetic resin as the synthetic resin 3 wound around may be applied, the synthetic resin may be welded by using a hot gun. When the wound synthetic resin 3 is, for example, translucent, the synthetic resin container 2 made by devising the color of the synthetic resin 6 attached to the inner surface exhibits an interesting color. The finished synthetic resin container 2 can be used as a practical product such as a vase, but is particularly preferable as a decorative product. Further, in the case of the synthetic resin container 2 as an ornament, it is very beautiful if it is formed of a translucent synthetic resin and a lighting fixture is arranged inside.

[When no mold is used] (FIG. 5) In this case, the rod-shaped synthetic resin 3 is wound without using a mold, but the other points are the same as the above-mentioned cases.

As described above, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, an expensive mold and a mechanical device are not required, so that a synthetic resin container can be manufactured at an extremely low cost. In the present invention, it is not always necessary to use a mold, but even when a mold is used, the mold may be an existing vase or other container, and therefore, it is possible to appropriately select and change the mold. Seed-shaped containers can be manufactured freely and at low cost.
