構造体22が、前後方向に一定間隔に平行に配列立設さ
れ、この多数の構造体22の各中間梁21間の左右両側端に
夫々棚梁23が架設固定されて円筒体格納ラック24が構成
されている。この円筒体格納ラック24の各棚25の前後両
端部(図では前端部のみ示す)の上側には、内側上方に
回転可能にストッパー26が設けられている。このストッ
パー26は第2図に示す如く各棚25の端部に於ける左右の
支柱20の前後方向内側面に固設したブラケット27,27
に、パイプ28の両端にアーム29の一端を固定して 形に形成し、その両側先端部即ちアーム29の先端を、ピ
ン30にて結合し、棚25の内側上方に回転可能に吊垂した
ものである。前記一方のブラケット27の先端面には、前
記ストッパー26を内側上方に回転して水平にした時、該
ストッパー26を保持する保持金具31が設けられている。
この保持金具31はブラケット27の先端面に水平に固設し
たパイプ32に、先端にフランジ33を有するピン34をスト
ッパー26側より挿通し、パイプ32より突出したピン34の
基端側の外周にスプリング35を嵌装し、該スプリング35
をナット36にてパイプ32の端面との間に保持したもので
ある。尚、前記スプリング35は有っても無くともどちら
でも良い。
