【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はベルトコンベアのキヤリアローラーを
支持するキヤリア台に関するものである。

等があり、取替えを必要とされ、その場合にはレ
バー等適宜手段で該取替ローラー部のベルト4′
を持上げて行われてるが非能率かつ危険性を伴な
う事が多かつた。そして更には、ベルト4′の基
端部ではベルト上に装填される被運送物がベルト
外へ落下しない為にベルトの両側からスカートと
呼ばれる覆板5′を配設する事が多いがその様な
部所にあつてはベルト4′を持上げようとしても
持上げられずキヤリアローラー3′の取替え作業
はなお一層困難である。

れたストツパーを、上記円筒体周壁に開設された
ストツパー貫入孔内に貫入せしめ、しかも該スト
ツパー貫入孔はシヤフトの一端側寄部どはストツ
パーが貫入されるに十分ではあるがそれが円周方
向には移動できず、シヤフトの他端側寄部では円
周方向に移動可能な様な幅を持つ形状とし、更に
シヤフトの他端部には同シヤフトを上記スプリン
グの力に抗して引出す為の引出しレバーが取付け
られていることを特徴とするベルトコンベアのキ
ヤリアローラーの支持台である。

軸支されている。この状態ではシヤフト4は回転
する事は出来ないが、同シヤフトの外周の円筒体
3はシヤフトの周囲を自在に回転出来る様になつ
ているのである。この様に軸支されたシヤフトは
その一端側に於いて鍔状体その他のスプリング止
金具7と軸受6間に配設されるスプリング8によ
り常時該一端側へ付勢しており、一方シヤフト4
の他端側には必要時のみシヤフトを他端側へ移動
させる引出しレバー9を取付けておく。更に上記
円筒体周壁の所要部所には第4図に示す如く、シ
ヤフト(円筒体)の一端側寄部では狭く、他端側
寄部では円周方向に幅広く、シヤフトに突設され
たストツパー10が貫入された場合シヤフトの他
端側寄部に於いてのみ円周方向に移動可能な様な
ストツパー貫入孔11を開設する。このストツパ
ー10、ストツパー貫入孔11は一組でもよいが
通常第3図及び第4図に示す様に適当な間隔を置
いて二組設ける。

に傾動する。この場合に両側にある支柱2の少な
くとも一方に傾動用取手12を付けておけば作業
がし易いし、かつ又支柱2の傾動割合はストツパ
ー貫入孔11の幅広部の幅で決まるとはいえそこ
に大きな力がかからない為にも例えば第5図13
で示す用に傾動した支柱を適宜の位置で止める為
の支持台を設けておくと一層好ましい。第5図に
示す様に支柱2、キヤリアローラー1がある程度
傾動すれば張設されているベルトとの間に空間部
が生じるのでキヤリアローラーに対する必要な作
業は容易に行なう事が出来る。この必要な作業が
終れば先に示したのと逆の操作を行なう事により
円筒体を元の位置に戻し第3図の様な正常状態と
する。
