【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] この考案は筒状の燃焼器を持つ温風暖房機に関するもの

気を送風する対流用送風機2を組付けた通風路が形成さ
れ、この通風路には燃焼器3とこれに結合した熱交換器
4とが配設されている。燃焼器3は、バーナに燃焼室を
形成する燃焼筒5が装着された横長の構成で、図示のよ
うに通風路を横断するような形態に両持ち支持されてい
る。熱膨張と収縮とを繰り返す燃焼器3の支持には膨張
と収縮を許容する構成が採られている。即ち、バーナ側
については本体ケーシング1に固定板6を介してねじで
固定されているが、他端の燃焼筒5の端部側については
長手方向へのある範囲内での動きを拘束しないように第
4図及び第5図に示すように長孔を持つ支持板20を介
して段付きねじ21により融通性をもって支持されてい
る。因みに燃焼時における燃焼筒5は、その全長Lが、 となり、 だけ伸びる。なお、αは燃焼筒5の構成材料の線膨張係
数であり、Tfは燃焼時における燃焼室の温度、Tは非
燃焼時における燃焼室の温度である。上記した燃焼筒5
の全長の伸びは、バーナ側が剛性的に固定支持されてい
るため反対側に生じ、長孔が段付きねじ21に対して相
対摺動することによって許容されることになる。ただ
し、段付きねじ21に燃焼筒5の荷重が全てかかるよう
にはなっておらず、燃焼筒5の荷重の多くは支持板20
に一体に形成されている支え部22を載せた本体ケーシ
ング1側の引っ掛け部23の受け面24により支承され
ている。従って、受け面24を支え部22が摺動するこ
とにより燃焼器3には熱膨張の応力がかからず、安定し
た機能を果たすことになる。

省略する。この実施例の温風暖房機における燃焼器3
は、いずれも基本的にはバーナ側の一端側が本体ケーシ
ング1に剛性的に支持され、熱交換器4との接続側であ
る他端側がその長手方向に関する熱膨張及び収縮を弾性
変形によって許容する懸架部材7を介して本体ケーシン
グ1の天部に吊り下げられ、全体として梁形式に装架さ
れている。

属疲労限度以下の曲げ応力となるように懸架部材7の垂
直部7aの長さhが設定される。第2図に示す実施例は
懸架部材7を板材でなく棒状材で構成したものである。
いずれも燃焼器3の荷重を上から吊り支えるものである
から、水平方向や下方から支える場合より懸架部材7の
金属疲労限度以下の曲げ応力の設定がしやすい。
