Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a lighting system that can maintain appliance efficiency at above a certain level and thus prevent glare by forming a louver comprising opaque portions arranged at desired intervals and translucent materials connected among the opaque portions. CONSTITUTION:A reflector 2 is mounted in a luminaire main body 1 taking the form of a box open at its lower side, and a light source 3 is installed in such a manner as to be located inside the reflector 2, and a louver 4 is supported by the luminaire main body 1 and located on the lower surface of the light source 3. The louver 4 comprises opaque portions 6(about 20mu thick each) and translucent members 5 (about 0.8mm thick each) stacked one atop the other with translucent plates 8 (about 0.1mm thick each) abutting them. The louver 4 can then be thinned and simplified while the luminaire main body 1 does not allow dust therein.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in offices and the like, generally, a louver is arranged on a lower surface of a light source mounted on a main body of an instrument for cutting glare. In particular, in an office provided with OA equipment, various technical creations have been made in order to prevent reflection on a display.
As a conventional louver, for example, a combination of a large number of metal plates in parallel or a combination of resin plates in a grid pattern is generally practiced.

By the way, according to the louver having the above-mentioned structure, in order to effectively cut the glare, it is necessary to densely use a large number of louver component pieces, and the cost is increased, which is more effective. There is a drawback that the light is cut and the efficiency of the equipment is reduced. As shown in FIG. 3, the light-shielding angle is the length L of the non-translucent portion and the distance D between the non-translucent portions.
And the size of the non-translucent part d, the thickness of the louver in the conventional general type fluorescent lamp illuminator is, for example,
It was as thick as a centimeter or 3 centimeters, and it was impossible to make it as thin as a few millimeters.

If the distance between the louver components is increased, the efficiency of the device is increased but glare cannot be sufficiently prevented. Further, since there is a space between the louver component piece and the louver component piece, there is a drawback that dust easily enters the inside of the instrument body.

Therefore, conventionally, a structure in which a light-transmitting plate forming a prism is disposed on the lower surface of a light source mounted on the main body of the apparatus has been partially implemented. However, the structure in which the light-transmissive plate including the prism is arranged has a drawback that the light projected obliquely downward from the light source is difficult to be sufficiently cut, and thus the reflection on the display cannot be sufficiently prevented.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and is capable of maintaining the efficiency of the equipment at a certain level or more, sufficiently preventing glare, and preventing dust from entering the inside of the equipment body, and making it thin. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting device that can do the above.

The present invention has the following constitution in order to solve the above problems. That is, the light source is mounted inside the lighting fixture body, and the louver is arranged on the lower surface of the light source. Further, the louver is configured by arranging the non-translucent portions at a desired interval and connecting the non-translucent portions with a translucent material.

According to the illuminator having the above-described structure, the louver has the non-translucent portions arranged at desired intervals, and the non-translucent portions are connected by the translucent material. The louver is as thin as 1 millimeter and can be easily constructed. In addition, the efficiency of the equipment can be maintained above a certain level and glare can be prevented. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the inside of the instrument body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a main body of a lighting fixture, which is configured in a box shape with an opening on the lower surface. Reference numeral 2 is a reflector mounted inside the luminaire main body 1, and is made of, for example, aluminum. Reference numeral 3 denotes a light source that is mounted inside the lighting fixture body 1 and is positioned inside the reflector 2, and is, for example, a straight tube fluorescent lamp.

Numeral 4 is located on the lower surface of the light source, and the main body 1 of the luminaire.
The louver 6 and the opaque portion 6 are opaque portions that constitute the louver, and have a thickness of, for example, about 20 μm. Reference numeral 5 is a light-transmitting material that constitutes the louver, and is formed by alternately stacking the light-transmitting portions 6. The translucent material has a thickness of, for example, about 0.8 mm. Reference numeral 8 denotes a translucent plate which is in contact with the surfaces of the non-transmissive portion 6 and the translucent material 5 which are laminated, and has a thickness of, for example, about 0.1 mm. Further, the translucent material and the non-translucent portion may be joined to each other by, for example, forming the non-translucent portion with a slight adhesive property. According to the louver having the same structure, the light shielding angle can be set to 30 degrees with a thickness of 1 mm. Further, the light shielding angle can be adjusted by changing the thicknesses of the non-translucent part and the translucent material.

Further, the laminated non-transmissive portion and the translucent material may be cut obliquely with respect to the laminating direction. By cutting at an angle, the range of the light-shielding angle can be controlled.

As described above, according to the present invention, the opaque portions are arranged at desired intervals, and the opaque portions are connected to each other by the translucent material, so that the louver is composed of one louver. It has a peculiar effect that it can be configured as thin and easy as millimeter. Therefore, the illumination device incorporating the louver can also be made thin. Further, by adjusting the sizes of the non-translucent part and the translucent part, it is possible to adjust the light shielding angle and the instrument efficiency, and it is possible to increase the instrument efficiency above a certain level. Further, since the louver is formed in a plate shape, it has an effect of preventing dust from entering the inside of the instrument body.
