[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such a conventional method for producing streaks, the salmon and trout that have been landed are killed without being treated as they are, and then salted using the ovaries taken out. However, there was a problem with the freshness of the ovaries as a raw material, and there was a problem that it was not possible to produce good quality silkworms.

That is, as with other fish, the freshness of salmon and trout is the highest when they are alive, and the freshness of the ovaries begins to decline as soon as they die, and the freshness of their ovaries also declines. Therefore, in the above blood removal step, only blood in a thick blood vessel can be scratched out, so that blood remains in many thin blood vessels around the ovary, and this residual blood promotes deterioration of freshness of the ovary. Therefore, it was not possible to produce high quality streaks.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to solve the above problems by salting with a living salmon or ovary that has been taken out after bleeding with a trout.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method for producing the stripes of the present invention is a method for producing a silkworm by salting the ovaries of salmon or trout, in which live salmon or trout It is characterized in that the parent is bled before it solidifies, and the ovaries taken out thereafter are used for salting.

[Action] A fresh salmon and a trout are bleeding before the parent solidifies the blood, and then the ovaries are removed by splitting the abdomen, and the ovaries are used to produce silkworms to ensure freshness and cleanliness. The ovaries can be used as a raw material and thus produce good quality silkworms.

As a result, blood is drawn from the entire parent, and at the same time, blood in the blood vessels of the egg sac of various sizes attached to the ovaries is also drawn. Therefore, since the amount of blood left in the blood vessels of the egg sac becomes small, it is possible to prevent the freshness of the ovary from being lowered due to the influence of blood having a high rate of alteration.

After that, the parent's belly is broken and the ovaries are removed. This makes it possible to take out fresh ovaries.

As a result, clean ovaries with good freshness can be used as a raw material for making shinko. Therefore, as the ovary of the raw material, which is a prerequisite for producing good quality silkworm, since fresh and clean one can be used in this embodiment, good quality silkworm can be produced.
