That is, the damper blade is always biased in the closing direction by a spring, and the biasing force is blocked by a lock rod having a temperature fuse interposed therebetween to hold the damper blade at a predetermined opening. Therefore, once the thermal fuse is activated and melted, it is necessary to replace the thermal fuse with a new one, and the operation confirmation of the thermal fuse is a destructive inspection, which cannot be performed. Furthermore, conventionally, an air volume adjustment control damper device having a function of adjusting the amount of air passing through the duct and a fire protection damper device having a function of blocking the duct when a fire occurs are separately provided in the same duct. Often, in this case, to separately provide the air flow rate adjustment control damper device and the fire protection damper device in the same duct, the number of parts increases, the structure becomes complicated, and its maintenance management becomes complicated, and further, There is an inconvenience that each damper device becomes a resistance factor of the air flow.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a damper device that also has an adjustment function.

置である。<Means for Solving Problems> The above object of the present invention can be achieved by an apparatus having the following configuration. That is, the gist is that a ridge is provided around the inner wall surface of the duct, and both ends of a damper blade having a shape in which the peripheral portion is moored to the ridge are pivoted through the duct wall. The central axis of the double shaft mechanism is pivoted through similarly to the above, and the locking pin is projectingly provided on the outer circumference of the central axis, while it is required for the rotary axis of the damper blade penetrating the outer wall of the duct and the outer circumference of the central axis. A spindle member and a motor interlocking plate portion are respectively mounted at intervals, and a spring member is interposed between the main spindle plate portion and the motor interlocking plate portion so that the locking pin resists the urging force of the damper blade. The operation lever mounting base on which the operation lever support portion is formed is formed on the damper blade. Wearing The base of the operating lever supporting portion is pivotally attached to the base of the operating lever supporting portion so as to face the operating lever supporting portion, and the proximal end of the operating lever and the outer edge of the operating lever supporting portion are biased by a tension spring member. The opening is blocked by a locking piece that is always formed on the outer periphery of the operating lever, and the urging force of the tension spring member is set between the tip of the operating lever support portion and the tip of the operating lever at a set temperature of 65 to 75 ° C. The damper device is characterized in that a shape memory alloy member that contracts to a preset shape is connected to the damper device.

(18) is attached to the damper blade (2). Next, the base of the operating lever (19) is pivotally attached to the base of the operating lever support (17) of the operating lever mounting base (18) so as to face the operating lever support (17), and the operating lever is supported. (19) The opening (16) of the operating lever mounting base (18) is cut off on the outer periphery at a position where the locking pin (15) stands upright at a substantially right angle to the damper blade (2), A locking piece (20) for locking the locking pin (15) is formed. That is, a tension spring member (21) is provided between the base portion of the operation lever (19) and the operation lever support portion (17), and the locking piece (20) is opened by the urging force of the tension spring member (21). It is a mechanism for shutting off the part (16). Further, in that state, when the set memory temperature of about 65 to 75 ° C. is reached between the operating lever support portion (17) and the tip of the operating lever (19), it resists the urging force of the tension spring member (21). 自動的に閉塞するものである。In the present invention having the above structure, as shown in FIG. 5, the spring force is applied to the damper blade (2) or the ridge (8) by the biasing force of the spring member (14), and the locking pin (15) is From the unlocked state, the motor interlocking part plate (13) connected to the central shaft (11) is rotated by an electric motor (5) against the biasing force of the spring member (14), Locking pin (15)
Is locked at a substantially right angle to the damper blade (2) by the locking piece (20) of the actuating lever (19) to lock the spring biasing force of the spring member (14). That is, since the central shaft (11) and the damper blade (2) are integrated with the spring member (14) locked, the duct ( The air volume in 1) can be freely adjusted under a light load condition, and when the damper blade (2) is stopped to rotate so that the duct (1) is fully opened as shown in FIG. The locking pin (15) is in the position shown in FIG. That is, the damper blade (2) is normally stopped rotating in this state, and when the air passing through the duct (1) reaches about 65 to 75 ° C due to a fire, etc., the tip of the operating lever (19) and the operating lever (19) are activated. Lever support (17)
The shape memory alloy member (22) connected to the tip contracts to the setting memory shape, and the locking pin (15) to the damper blade (2).
Thus, the surface of the damper blade (2) is rotated by the biasing force of the spring member (14) to automatically close the duct (1).

るものである。<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, by utilizing the characteristic of the shape memory alloy member that is deformed to the set shape at the set memory temperature, and by incorporating this into the damper device operating mechanism, it is possible to reliably perform the operation. The duct can be closed, and it does not need to be replaced each time like a conventional fuse, and it does not take much time.Furthermore, the electric motor can be used to freely adjust the air volume by rotating the damper blade remotely. By integrating the two functions for air conditioning or for disaster prevention, various effects such as cost reduction, simplification of structure and simplification of maintenance management can be obtained.
