部とモーター連動板部との間にスプリング部材を
介し、その付勢力に抗し上記係止ピンが上記ダン
パー羽根と一体的に係留せしめ、更に上記中心軸
を跨ぎ、上記係止ピンが遊嵌状に回動する開口部
が形成され、かつ作動レバー支持部が形成される
作動レバー取付基台をダンパー羽根に装着せしめ
、上記作動レバー支持部の基部に該作動レバー支
持部と対峠状に作動レバーの基部を枢着せしめ、
該作動レバー基端と上記作動レバー支持部外縁と
を引張バネ部材の付勢力によつて、常時作動レバ
