(57)【要約】 （修正有） 【目的】 化粧品であって、頭毛の整髪料の入った瓶及
びヘアースプレー缶の中に純金粉を混入して新しい毛染
め又は育毛、養毛にも効果のある整髪料を提供する。 【構成】［イ］整髪料の入った瓶１に純金粉２を混合さ
せる。 ［ロ］ヘアースプレー缶（整髪料の入ったもの）３に純
金粉４を混合させる。

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［０００１］ ［産業上の利用分野］この発明は化粧品分類になりヘア
ースプレー又は整髪料の中に純金粉を混合させ髪の毛に
付け純金のエキスにより、髪の毛の毛根に養分を与え髪
の毛も美しくするものであります。又、美容的にも髪の
毛に光沢を与え、純金をちりばめば非常に美しく絢爛豪
華なヘアーセットが出来上がります。 ［０００２］ ［従来の技術］従来の育毛、養毛剤は沢山有りますが純
金のエキスを使った物はなく又、外見的な美容にしまし
ても茶色、金色、白色等の毛染めスプレー等は有ります
が毛を傷めるものが多く純金を使用した上品な毛染め方
法はなかった。 ［０００３］ ［発明が解決しょうとする課題］従って現状では、毛染
めにしてもスプレー式のもので髪の毛も傷みやすい、純
金は本当に柔らかい為髪の毛に付いても傷む心配もな
く、純金粉エキスには毛根を強くする働きも有るので
す。この様に髪の毛を保護し、上品な毛染め又、髪の毛
を大切にしながら純金の美しさを髪にちりばめた美容効
果を高めたものが本発明の目的で有ります。 ［０００４］ ［課題を解決する為の手段］ ［イ］整髪料の入った瓶１に純金粉２を混合させ、純金
粉入り整髪料を作成する。 ［ロ］ヘアースプレー缶（整髪料の入ったもの）３に純
金粉４を混合させて純金粉ヘアースプレーを作成する。 ［０００５］ ［作用］次に発明の作用を述べると、これまで養毛、育
毛に使用してもいなかった純金粉を使用し毛染めにして
も髪の毛を傷める。これまでの毛染めではなく、純金の
柔らかさで髪を傷める事のない毛染め、そして外見美容
にしても上品な風貌のもとにセットが出来毛染めをして
も毛根にエキスを吸収するのでやさしく、すべての美容
に作用するのです。 ［０００６］ ［実施例］まず整髪料の入った瓶１に純金粉を混合させ
髪に付ければ毛に金粉が付着し毛染め又は外見美容も美
しく、純金エキスにより髪の毛も傷める心配も有りませ
ん。純金粉ヘアースプレーも同じ働きです。 ［０００７］ ［発明の効果］この純金粉整髪料そして純金粉ヘアース
プレーはこれまでの育毛、養毛に取り扱ってなかった純
金エキスを使用し又毛染めにしても純金をするのですか
ら髪の毛は傷まず、毛染めの外見美容にしてもこれまで
にない上品で奥の深い毛染めが出来るのです。例えば結
婚式の時に花嫁の髪の毛に純金の紛をちりばめてスポッ
トライトを当てればどんなに絢爛豪華なものでしょう
か。それも後の毛の質も傷む心配もございません。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 ［請求項１］［イ］整髪料の入った瓶１に純金粉２を混
    合させる。以上の如く構成されたのが純金粉入り整髪料
    である。 ［請求項２］［ロ］ヘアースプレー缶（整髪料の入った
    もの）３に純金粉４を混合させる。以上の如く構成され
    たのが純金粉入りヘアスプレーである。
