As described above, in the past, when unloading heavy objects from a pallet, not only a considerable amount of labor was required for unpacking, but also jacks and hoists for lifting and unloading heavy objects were unloaded. It requires various equipment such as chain hoists. Therefore, the pallet invented for the purpose of labor saving of the unloading work from the pallet does not require such an unloading device at all, as disclosed in JP-A-1-99950. There is. As shown in FIG. 10, the pallet of the disclosed invention has the side edge 3 of the sheet material 2 and the tongue 3 after removing the locking members (not shown) of each part of the pallet when unloading the heavy object 1. When the portion 4 and the heavy load plate 5 are pulled out from the lower surface of the heavy load plate 5 and expanded, and then the heavy load plate 5 on which the heavy load 1 is placed is pressed in the direction of the arrow, the rising portion 6a of the flap 6 is pushed down and its height is increased. Since the weight is reduced, the bottom of the heavy object and the heavy object mounting plate 5

However, since this pallet has a complicated structure as described above, simplification thereof is strongly required, and when the heavy load plate 5 is pressed to unload a heavy load, the pallet and the sheet material 2 are removed. The bent portion formed by the rising portion 6a of the flap 6 and the bent portion formed by the rising portion 6a and the flat surface portion 6b are formed with acute-angled bent portions 7 and 8, and as a result, the repulsive force generated in the bent portion causes a heavy load. Various problems have been recognized, such as the mounting plate 5 not descending sufficiently, or once descending and then rising again due to the repulsive force so as not to interfere with the unloading of heavy objects.

Since the pallet of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the pallet is constructed by pressing the heavy load plate of the pallet on which the heavy load is placed after removing the locking member of the pallet. Since the rising part of the flap is pushed down and its height is reduced, a gap is created between the bottom of the heavy load and the upper surface of the heavy load plate, and it is possible to push out the heavy load from the pallet using casters to move and unload it. Since the bent portion of the flap is not formed with an acute-angled bent portion, the heavy load plate is easily and sufficiently lowered.

Between the left and right flaps 3 and the edge member 4, a doglegged base plate 5 shown in FIG. 2 is formed by bending one end edge 5a of the rising portion 3a of the flap 3 and the flat portion 3b. The other end edge 5b is abutted on the bent line portion 7 formed by the rising portion 4c of the edge member 4 and the contact portion 4a of the bottom plate 1, and the ridge line portion 5c is placed on the heavy load. The edge member 4 is in contact with the back surface of the placing plate 2 and is also in contact with the tip edge portion of the contact portion 4b in contact with the heavy object placing plate 2. The base plate 5 is used for reinforcement and is not necessarily used if there is no risk of the pallet being crushed by a heavy object placed on the pallet.
Further, although the rightmost flap 3 and the edge member 4 in FIG. 1 have been described as being separate, they may be integrated as a series and the flap 3 and the edge member 4 may be formed by bending. Of course.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, a heavy object 9 having casters 11 is placed on the pallet of the present invention via a cushioning material 10 as appropriate, and the casters 11 are separated from the bottom surface of the pallet. In the state, when the package is unpacked and the heavy load plate 2 on the pallet is pressed, the rising portion 3a of the flap 3 is easily pushed down as shown in FIG. 7 through the states of FIGS. Since the height is reduced, the casters 11 of the heavy object 9 come into contact with the bottom surface of the pallet, and the heavy object mounting plate 2 and the cushioning material 10 are separated from the bottom surface of the heavy object 2. Therefore, if the heavy object is pushed out, it is easy to move from the pallet. You can move to and unload. Then, as a result of all the bent portions of the flap 3 and the edge member 4 being pushed down in an acute angle shape, repulsive force is not generated in the bent portions and the heavy load plate 2 does not rise again.

As described in detail above, in the pallet of the present invention, a plurality of flaps each having a Z-shaped cross section and having a vertical rising portion are juxtaposed in parallel with each other between the bottom plate and the heavy load plate. On the left and right edges of the bottom plate, edge members having a U-shaped cross-section and having the same height as the rising portions of the flaps are provided with their openings inside, and the upper surface of the edge member is the back side of the heavy load carrying plate. Since it comes into contact with and is inserted into a pallet, when unloading a heavy object on a pallet from the pallet, the heavy object can be pushed up with a jack or the like, or suspended with a chain hoist, etc. Instead of pressing the pallet, the heavy load plate is pushed to push down the rising parts of the flaps that make up the pallet, and the height of the pallet is reduced, making it possible to easily unload heavy loads from the pallet. What As a result, all the bent parts of the flap and the edge member are pushed down in an acute angle, and as a result, repulsive force is generated at the bent parts and the heavy load plate does not rise again and hinders unloading. Workers can easily perform unloading work without much effort,
It was confirmed that not only contributed greatly to labor saving, but also the assembling and unpacking of the pallet was easy and the workability was greatly improved.
