【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案はコイルをドラムコアに巻回したチップ型コイル
に係り、特にドラムコアの端面に導出された二つの端子
を、夫々ドラムコアの端面の軸芯からずれた位置で互い
に平行に配置し、かつ一部を、ドラムコアの端面に穿設
された孔に押込み固定し、更に断面形状を偏平形に形成
したチップ型コイルに関する。

が高くなる。又、端子5c,5dはフランジ3の側面上
へ折曲されているのみであるので、端子5c,5dに触
れると簡単に動いてしまい、基板上に組付けた際、配線
パターンから外れて相互の接続が図れなくなる。又、フ
ランジ3の側面上の端子5c、5dの断面形状は円形で
ある。即ち、コイル端部5a、5bをディップ槽で半田
ディップしてそれをフランジ3側面へ折り曲げている。
コイル5はエナメル等で絶縁被覆されている為、半田デ
ィップ槽で端子部5c、5dを半田ディップしようとし
ても、完全に半田ディップし終る迄には長時間ディップ
槽へ漬けておかなければならない。

する事ができ、部品数の削滅が計れ、又、この板状体の
取付作業をも不要とできる。又、端子は、チップ型コイ
ルの搬送中或いは、基板上への組付作業中等(細心の注
意を必要とし、作業性が悪い)において、触れた場合、
従来のものは端子が変形して、チップ型コイルの組付後
の信頼性を損っていたが、本考案になるチップ型コイル
では、組付作業性及び信頼性を向上できる。又、端子部
の断面形状を偏平形とした為、半田ディップを短時間に
確実に行う事ができる。
