2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the problems to be solved by the invention
In order to make a display using a photosensitive film in which a photosensitive resin is laminated in a sheet shape on a plastic cover film such as Cromaline (a product of DuPont), a metal plate such as a metal plate coated directly with a metal plate or the like is used. A photosensitive film was thermocompression-bonded on the above, and an image was formed by subjecting it to exposure, toning, and the like to obtain a display. However, according to this method, the object to which the photosensitive film is thermocompression-bonded is actually limited to a plate-like object and its size is also limited.

Therefore, a plastic film provided with an adhesive layer is used, a photosensitive film is thermocompression-bonded to the surface opposite to the adhesive layer, and an image is formed by processing such as exposure and toning, and then the adhesiveness is utilized to obtain another image. The method of making a display by sticking it on an article has come to be adopted. As the plastic film used for this purpose, a vinyl chloride film has been used because of its good adhesiveness to the photosensitive resin.

However, according to this method, the photosensitive resin was cracked or the photosensitive resin was peeled off from the plastic film due to long-term outdoor exposure. This is mainly due to the dimensional change of the vinyl chloride film due to heat and poor weather resistance. Therefore, it was attempted to use a polyester film which is relatively inexpensive and has good dimensional stability and weather resistance, but the adhesion between the film and the photosensitive resin was poor and it could not be put to practical use.

In order to solve this, it is conceivable to use a liquid photosensitive resin or a polyester film which has been subjected to an easy adhesion treatment for UV ink, but these are adhered to the photosensitive resin after curing, Designed for the purpose of solvent resistance, when a sheet-shaped photosensitive resin such as cromarin is thermocompressed, the adhesion with the uncured photosensitive resin is poor and the cover of the photosensitive resin When the film was peeled off, the unexposed part was peeled off from the easy-adhesion layer together with the cover film, and the work was sometimes restarted.

Further, when an image is formed by toning or the like, the photosensitive resin under the toner is not completely cured by post exposure and remains uncured for a while. Therefore, the easy-adhesion layer is gradually attacked by low molecular weight substances such as monomers contained in the photosensitive resin, and when the photosensitive resin is completely solidified by long-term outdoor exposure, the photosensitive resin peels off and the image is lost, etc. There was a problem. Further, there was a case in which water gradually permeated from the end portion due to long-term outdoor exposure and the photosensitive resin gradually peeled off.

As the saturated polyester resin soluble in an organic solvent, those having a molecular weight of 10,000 to 25,000 are soluble,
It is preferable in terms of physical properties after curing, but it is not limited to this depending on the amount of polyvalent isocyanate and the amount of acrylic polyol, polyester polyol, etc. added as necessary. When the acrylic polyol and the polyester polyol are used alone, some of them may cause stickiness of the coating film, but such one is preferably used together with the saturated polyester.

As the polyvalent isocyanate, various compounds can be used as long as they are compounds having two or more isocyanate groups in the molecule, and 2 to 30 parts by weight is added to 100 parts by weight of the above resin. If the polyisocyanate becomes excessive, when the sheet-shaped photosensitive resin layer 5 is thermocompression-bonded thereon, the adhesion between the photosensitive resin layer 5 and the intermediate layer 3 before curing is poor and the photosensitive resin layer 5 As the upper plastic film 4 is peeled off, the unexposed portion comes to be peeled off. On the other hand, when the polyvalent isocyanate is insufficient, the required curing performance cannot be obtained, so that sufficient weather resistance, water resistance and monomer resistance cannot be obtained. Further, a pigment may be added to the intermediate layer 3 for the purpose of preventing blocking of the coating film and imparting hiding property. Further, dyes and pigments may be added for the purpose of improving the color rendering of the image.

[Comparative Example 2] A commercially available easy-adhesive polyester film for UV ink was provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer similar to that of the example on the surface opposite to the easy-adhesive surface, and release paper was laminated. Next, a display material was obtained by laminating at 100 ° C. so that the easily-adhesive surface and the photosensitive resin layer of cromarin (product of DuPont) face each other. An image was formed by superimposing an original on the obtained display material to partially expose and cure the photosensitive resin layer, peeling off the cover film of the photosensitive resin layer and further toning. At this time, when the cover film of chromalin was peeled off, the unexposed portion tended to peel off together with the cover film, which made the work extremely difficult. Then, the entire surface was exposed from the image side, and the display material on which the image was formed was attached to an aluminum plate to obtain a display. The obtained display was subjected to an ultraviolet irradiation test using a xenon lamp (500 hours) and a dipping test in water at 40 ° C. (1 week). As a result, the photosensitive resin layer peeled off in the dipping test. In the ultraviolet irradiation test, some peeling occurred on the toned part.
