When combining the iron core and the coil, it is necessary to open the joint portion of the completed iron core once and insert it into the coil all at once, and then separate each block and stack the joint portions. There is. In the conventional method, a large force is applied to the presser 7 for withstanding the force of the iron core 1 bending inward at the open iron core portion after the coil is inserted.
A great deal of labor was required to remove the pressing member 7 against this force, separate the blocks one by one, and superimpose the joint portions 4. Further, since the amorphous magnetic material is brittle and easily broken, separating the block 3 against a large force has a problem that the iron core 1 is damaged. The present invention is intended to provide a manufacturing method that simplifies the work of separating the core blocks and overlapping the joints and reduces damage to the cores.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, several blocks of a wound iron core inserted in a coil are fixed by a substantially U-shaped partition bar at a plurality of points together with the outer peripheral surface of the iron core, and then the inner circumference of the iron core is fixed. Starting the superposition of the joints from the non-fixed part of the side, and then successively superimposing the joints while removing the dividing rod.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4. FIG. 1 (a) shows a completed state of the iron core 1, which is made up of a plurality of iron core blocks 3 in which a plurality of iron core materials 2 are stacked, as shown in an enlarged view of part A, and a joining portion 4 at a cutting point. There is. FIG. 1B shows a process of opening the joint 4 of the iron core 1 and covering with the cap 5. Figure 1 (c)
Is a step of inserting the iron core 1 together with the cap 5 into the coil 6 and then removing the cap 5. At this time, the iron core 1 is fixed from the inside by the presser 7 so that the joint portions 4 of the iron core 1 do not collide with each other. In FIG. 2 (a), a block 3 is provided with a sorting bar 9-1.
Is a step of fixing a plurality of blocks to the outer peripheral surface of the iron core, and then fixing more blocks in order of the partitioning bars 9-2 and 9-3. The partition rods 9-1 to 9-3 are substantially U-shaped as shown in FIG. FIG. 2B shows a step of stacking the joining portions 4 of the blocks 3-1 and 3-2 which are not fixed by the dividing rod 9. FIG. 2 (c) shows a sorting bar 9

-1 is removed, and the joint portion 4 is piled up in the same manner. Figure 3
Is a process in which the iron core 1 and the coil 6 are combined, and finally the iron core 1 is fixed by the band 8 or the like to complete the process. In addition, here, the dividing rods have three stages of 9-1 to 9-3, but any number of stages has a similar effect. Also cap 5
The removal process was done before insertion of the dividing rod 9
Removing the cap 5 after insertion has the same effect.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the open iron core portion after the coil is inserted, the force for bending inward is distributed and shared by the dividing rods, so that no large force is applied to the block. The separation and the joining of the joints can be made very easily, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
Further, since a large force is not applied to the extremely brittle and easily broken amorphous magnetic material, it is possible to prevent the core from being damaged and to produce a good quality core.
