治具1と同じ面積の穴明き板8を載せ、次にその穴明き
板8の上に図3に示すように厚さ3mmでカーボン治具1
と同じ面積の平板9を載せ、次いでカーボン治具1、穴
明き板8、平板9を図4に示すように一緒に反転させ、
然る後図5に示すようにカーボン治具1を取り除いて穴
明き板8の穴7より突出するリードピン3の脚部10の長
さを検査した。その結果、異なる寸法のろう材5付きリ
ードピン6を簡単に排除できた。
