ない等のおそれもなく、剥離紙の送り出し、所要面への
粘着剤の転写も確実かつスムースに行なわれ、不慣れな
使用者が使用しても、熟練を要することなく即好適な転
写作業をすることができ、かつ不使用時における保管に
も工夫をこらした両面粘着転写テープの自動転写器を提
供せんとするものである。

口を設けて成る両面粘着転写テープの自動転写器構造に
於いて、前記両面剥離紙に塗布する粘着剤は、両面剥離
紙の長手方向の上側部、下側部にはドライエッジ部分を
形成すべく、前記上側部、下側部には両面剥離紙露呈部
が形成され、更に、前記ケーシングの上方内部の前記送
出口よりも巻テープ回転方向側には溝状または袋穴状の
ガイド部に自身の重さにより前記巻テープ方向へ自由移
動降下して前記巻テープ表面の両面剥離紙のドライエッ
ジ部分のみに当接するための切欠部を有し、鉄材の如き
比較的重い素材より成る剥離紙巻き込み防止用ストッパ
ーとしての自由当接片を位置せしめるとともに、前記バ
ネ状の圧接板は、ケーシングの内周取付基部から巻テー
プの回転方向に習う方向に突出するとともに、この圧接
板端部は両面剥離紙のドライエッジ部分のみに圧接し当
接部に転写を終了した両面剥離紙に残留してなる粘着剤
との接触を回避するための切欠部を有し、かつ圧接板両
端部が常時ドライエッジ部分のみに確実に当接位置し圧
接板両端部が横方向に移動することを防止すべく圧接板

を突設したことを特徴とする両面粘着転写テープの自動

回転するのを防止すべく、当接部7aに両面剥離紙に残
留してなる粘着剤5の接触を回避する切欠部7bを有す
るバネ状の圧接板7が前記巻テープ6の回転方向に習う
向きに取り付けられ、剥離紙送出方向を規制するととも
に前記巻テープ6の自由回転を防止する程度に制動圧力
をかけている。さらに本考案にあっては、圧接板7の当
接部7a両端部やや後方には、圧端板7の当接部7a両
端が、常時ドライエッジ部分4bのみに確実に当接位置

[考案の効果] 上記の如き構成に係る両面粘着転写テープの自動転写器
構造は、テープ自体には巻テープの両面剥離紙に塗布す
る粘着剤の幅を前記両面剥離紙の幅よりも狭くして両面
剥離紙の長手方向の上側、下側に粘着剤の存在しないド
ライエッジ部分を設け、かつケーシングの上方内部の送
出口よりも巻テープ回転方向側突出部内部には溝状また
は袋穴状のガイド部を形成し、この内部に自身の重さに
より前記巻テープ方向へ自由移動降下が可能な如くに鉄
等の如き比較的重い素材より成る自由当接片を位置せし
め、この自由当接片とは回転してくる巻テープの粘着剤
を回避してドライエッジ部分にのみ当接するための切欠
部を形成したことから、スムースな巻テープの回転効果
を発揮できると粘着剤を剥離転写済みの両面剥離紙も前
記自由当接板のケーシング内への剥離紙巻き込みストッ
パー作用及びガイド作用により極めてスムースに送出口
に向かって案内排出されるようになった。そして巻テー
プの自由回転を抑制するバネ状の圧接板の巻テープとの
接触部には残留粘着剤を回避してドライエッジ部分のみ
を圧接すべく切欠部を設け、しかも圧接板のドライエッ
ジ部分当接部両端やや後方には圧接板両端部が常時ドラ

突設されているため、圧接板両端部が巻テープ側端より
脱落してしまいあるいは位置づれを起こし、これにより
圧端部両端部が転写を終了した両面剥離紙に残留してな
る粘着剤と接触し、スムーズな剥離紙送り出しが出来な
くなる等の不慮の事態は完全に防止される。また同様に
使用済みの両面剥離紙を排出する送出口の両面剥離紙の
粘着剤が塗布されていた面が接触する側に切欠部を設け
たことにより万一両面剥離紙に粘着剤が残存したとして
も両面剥離紙は何等支障なく排出されるようになった。
また前記巻テープの自由回転を抑制するバネ状の圧接板
の取り付け方向を前記巻テープの回転方向に習う向きに
取り付けた場合には、巻テープの強制回転に対しては殆
ど対抗力を生じさせないためテープの巻きも緩むことが
無く、即ち巻テープの回転も非常にスムースとなるため
粘着剤の転写が安定な状態で確実に行われるものであ
る。

した両面粘着転写テープを粘着剤が外面に露呈すべく巻
回して成る巻テープを回転自在にケーシング内部に挿軸
し、前記ケーシング内部には前記巻テープの自由回転を
防止すべく巻テープに圧接するバネ状の圧接板を取り付
け、前記ケーシング下方には、前記巻テープの粘着剤面
が露呈すべく切欠部を設け、また前記ケーシング上方に
は粘着剤を剥離転写済みの両面剥離紙を排出する送出口
を設けて成る両面粘着転写テープの自動転写器構造に於
いて、前記両面剥離紙に塗布する粘着剤は、両面剥離紙
の長手方向の上側部、下側部にはドライエッジ部分を形
成すべく、前記上側部、下側部には両面剥離紙露呈部が
形成され、更に、前記ケーシングの上方内部の前記送出
口よりも巻テープ回転方向側には溝状または袋穴状のガ
イド部に自身の重さにより前記巻テープ方向へ自由移動
降下して前記巻テープ表面の両面剥離紙のドライエッジ
部分のみに当接するための切欠部を有し、鉄材の如き比
較的重い素材より成る剥離紙巻き込み防止用ストッパー
としての自由当接片を位置せしめるとともに、前記バネ
状の圧接板は、ケーシングの内周取付基部から巻テープ
の回転方向に習う方向に突出するとともに、この圧接板
端部は両面剥離紙のドライエッジ部分のみに圧接し当接
部に転写を終了した両面剥離紙に残留してなる粘着剤と
の接触を回避するための切欠部を有し、かつ圧接板両端
部が常時ドライエッジ部分のみに確実に当接位置し圧接
板両端部が横方向に移動することを防止すべく圧接板両
端部のやや後方には巻テープ方向に向かってガイド板を
突設したことを特徴とする両面粘着転写テープの自動転
写器。
