A one-pack type liquid synthetic resin is coated on a cloth, and while the surface of the synthetic resin film thus formed is in an uncured adhesive state, hot-melt resin powder is evenly spread and sprinkled. A method for producing a laminated sheet material, characterized in that the hot-melt resin powder is solidified and fixed on the surface by curing the synthetic resin film.
