Abstract

PURPOSE:To recover the surfactant contained in the drain soln. of an electric washing machine. CONSTITUTION:Air bubbles 8 formed by the aeration of a bubbling means are guided to a rotary container 10 from an air bubble introducing route 9. An annular inwardly protruding wall 10a is provided to the upper part of the rotary container 10 and the rotary container 10 is driven by a drive means 11 and the outer periphery of the rotary container 10 is covered with an outer tank 12. The surfactant-containing soln. obtained by breaking air bubbles 8 is stored in a second water tank 6 from the outer tank 12. By separating and recovering the contaminant component of the surfactant contained in a washing drain soln. by centrifugal force, the contamination of a river with the drain soln. is prevented and a detergent can effectively be utilized.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when washing clothes in an electric washing machine with a detergent in a general household, a large amount of washing liquid is discharged from the electric washing machine. A lot of surfactants are contained in this drainage liquid, and some of them still have activity. Electric washing machines used in ordinary households have no suitable method for treating wastewater, and since no wastewater treatment equipment is added to treat wastewater, wastewater is not treated. It had been discharged.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional electric washing machine, since the drainage liquid is discharged without being treated, the drainage liquid containing the surfactant becomes one of the causes of river pollution. In addition, there is a problem that the detergent having an active power also wastes the detergent since the cleaning action remains.

Further, by bubbling the drainage liquid by the bubbling means, supplying the obtained bubbles into the rotating container, and rotating the rotating container at a high speed by the driving means, the bubbles collide with the side wall of the rotating container by centrifugal force. Then, the bubbles are broken to become a liquid containing a surfactant. The dirt component contained in the liquid stays in the rotary container due to the centrifugal force, and when the liquid reaches a certain volume or more, the liquid gets over the protruding wall and is discharged to the outside of the rotary container.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a first water tank in which the drainage liquid of the electric washing machine is stored. 2 is a bubbling means for bubbling the waste liquid by aeration, and the bubbling means 2 is constituted by a bubbling element 2a provided in the first water tank 1 and a pump 2b for supplying air to the bubbling element 2a. ing. 3a is a surfactant that is not bound to dirt in the laundry waste water, 3b is a surfactant that is bound to dirt, 4a is bubbles generated by operating the bubble-generating means 2, and 4b is the bubble-generating means 2 activated. The bubbles are the bubbles that float on the water surface of the drainage liquid. Bubble breaking means 5
Is for breaking the bubbles 4b floating on the surface of the drainage liquid,
The liquid generated by the bubble breaking is stored in the second water storage tank 6.

FIG. 2 shows the bubbles 4 floating on the surface of the drainage liquid.
It is the model figure which expanded b. As shown in the figure, bubbles 4
b has adsorbed the surfactant 3a on its entire surface, the surfactant 3a is composed of a hydrophilic part 3aa and a hydrophobic part 3ab, and the bubbles 4b are the hydrophilic part 3aa on the outside and the hydrophobic part 3 on the inside.
Since the outer hydrophilic portion 3aa has ab and has affinity for water, the outer periphery of the bubble 4b is configured to adsorb water molecules 7. For this reason, if the bubbles 4b are separated from the drainage liquid and the bubbles are broken, a mixed liquid of the surfactant containing a large amount of the surfactant 3a not bound to the dirt can be obtained. This mixed liquid contains a large amount of the surfactant 3a that is not bound to dirt, and thus has a surfactant power.

FIG. 3 shows the results of an experimental evaluation of detergency using the surfactant-containing liquid recovered by the above wastewater treatment method. That is, A is the detergency using the surfactant mixed liquid recovered from the laundry drainage,
B is the detergency using only tap water. Thus, the detergency A using the surfactant mixed liquid shows a higher detergency than the detergency B using only tap water, and the surfactant mixed liquid can be recovered and reused. You can know the significance.

FIG. 4 shows a sectional view of the bubble breaking means 5. As shown in the figure, the bubbles 8 bubbled by the aeration of the bubble-generating means 2 are guided to the rotary container 10 from the bubble introduction path 9. Above the rotary container 10, there is an annular projecting wall 10a (H dimension) projecting inward, and the drive means 11 drives the rotary container 10. The outer periphery of the rotary container 10 is covered with the outer tank 12. The surfactant mixed liquid 13 obtained by breaking the bubbles 8 is stored in the second water storage tank 6 from the outer tank 12. Reference numeral 13 in the figure represents a stain component contained in the bubbles 8.

Next, the operation will be described. That is, the surfactants 4a, 4 generated by the foaming means 2
The bubbles 8 adsorbing b are generated one after another and rise up on the water surface of the laundry drainage. The rising bubbles 8 pass through the bubble introduction path 9 and are guided to the rotary container 10. The bubbles 8 that have entered the rotary container 10 are guided to the inner peripheral side wall by the centrifugal force of the rotary container 10 driven by the driving means 11, collide with each other, and are broken and liquefied. Then, the bubbles 8 generated by the bubble-generating means 2 are sent to the rotary container 10 and are broken one after another to become a surfactant mixed liquid. The surfactant mixed solution thus obtained is discharged from the rotary container 10 only when the volume exceeds the protruding wall 10a provided in the rotary container 10, and the outer tank 12
Sent to. At this time, the contaminant component 1 is added to the liquid mixed with the surfactant.
When 3 is included, the dirt component 13 remains on the side wall of the rotary container 10 due to the centrifugal force and is not discharged to the outside of the rotary container 10. Therefore, the dirt component 13 is removed from the surfactant mixed liquid discharged to the outside of the rotary container 10.
