Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a vegetation base plate used when constructing a greening base plate with concrete or the like.
【0002】[0002]
Conventionally, when constructing a greening base on a slope using concrete etc. using vegetation base material, concrete is sprayed directly on the vegetation base material, or a permeable material is mixed in order to give concrete a water permeable property. The method was commonly used.
【0003】[0003]
However, such a conventional construction method has the following problems. That is, in the conventional method of directly spraying concrete onto the vegetation base material, the water is drained only by the water permeation performance of the vegetation base material, so the water permeation performance deteriorates over time, and water accumulates in the vegetation base material. Excessive water content, poor aeration caused root rot of the plants, and because the surrounding area was covered with concrete, heat was trapped and pathogenic bacteria were generated. In addition, the method of giving concrete a water-permeable property improves drainage, and there is no concern about root rot, but it is expensive because it mixes a water-permeable material. Therefore, a decrease in strength was unavoidable. Also, in the case of a vegetation base body in which the vegetation base material is covered with a braided cage and the drainage material and the heat insulating material are installed outside, when the concrete is sprayed onto the heat insulating material, the performance of the heat insulating material decreases, I was hurt.
【0004】[0004]
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method for constructing a greening foundation board, the present invention encloses the vegetation base material on both left and right sides with protective sheets, covers the outer periphery except the upper surface with drainage material, and further covers the outer periphery. Since the vegetation base material covered with a heat insulating material is covered with a cage with a rough top surface and a finely meshed side surface, drainage and heat retention are performed appropriately, so plant growth is possible. Also, there is no risk of deterioration in strength.
【0005】[0005]
In order to achieve the above object, the vegetation base material of the present invention has a drainage material attached around the vegetation base material so that excess water in the vegetation base material can be passed through the drainage material. In order to prevent the generation of pathogenic bacteria due to the temperature rise of the vegetation base material, a heat insulating material is installed around the drainage material of the vegetation base material, so that the temperature rise and temperature decrease of the vegetation base material are prevented and the drainage material The function of air permeability adjusts the temperature to provide a suitable growth environment for plants.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG.
A drainage material 4 such as rock wool having continuous voids is attached to the outer circumference of a pyramid of a vegetation base material 2 in which a greening base material such as bark and peat moss, fertilizer, and seeds are packed in a sandbag 1. Further, it is covered with a heat insulating material 5 such as styrofoam, and the outer periphery is further covered with a basket 3 having a rough upper surface and finely meshed side surfaces. When the drainage area on both left and right sides is smaller than the drainage area on the front side, drainage of the vegetation base is possible even if the left and right edges are covered with the protective sheet 6 without using drainage or heat insulating material. It does not hinder the function.
【0008】[0008]
According to the vegetation base material of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
Since the drainage material is arranged on the outer periphery of the vegetation base material, ventilation is good, and excess water can be drained quickly, so that root rot of the plant does not occur. In addition, since the heat insulating material is installed around the drainage material, the temperature can be controlled and the growth of the plant becomes good.
Since the outer periphery of the vegetation base material is covered with the heat insulating material, the vegetation base material is not affected by spraying a hardened material such as concrete, and the growth of the plant is not hindered. In addition, since the heat insulating material is also covered with a braided basket, it is possible to reinforce the concrete when spraying the concrete and prevent the heat insulating material from being damaged by the spraying force of the concrete.
Since the drainage material and the heat insulating material may be installed inside the braided basket, the manufacturing process can be simplified, and further, the manufacturing process, the transportation, and the construction process are not damaged. The product can be provided at a reasonable price.
Since conventional mortar and concrete can be used for spraying, there is no reduction in the strength of the vegetation substrate and the vegetation base material is covered with heat insulating material and drainage material. It has various characteristics that can prevent cracking of concrete due to factors such as.
