のパチンコ台の複数を横方向に並設して構成される遊技
台列の2列を背中合わせに配設し、これら遊技台列の各
々に、紙幣を当該遊技台列前面側から受け入れる複数の
紙幣投入機を当該遊技台列に沿う方向で設けるととも
に、遊技台列各々の紙幣投入機に受け入れた紙幣を搬送
装置で能率良く回収できるようにした遊技設備に関す
る。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来の遊技設備では、硬貨の投入で作動
する自動玉貸機をパチンコ遊技台間に設けて構成される
パチンコ遊技台列の2列を背中合わせに配設し、これら
パチンコ遊技台列の背面間に、パチンコ遊技台列各々の
自動玉貸機から落下排出された硬貨を受け止めてパチン
コ遊技台列一端側に搬送する搬送装置を設けて、両側の
パチンコ遊技台列の自動玉貸機に投入された投入硬貨を
能率良く回収できるようにしたものがあるが(例えば、
実開昭52−160482号、実開昭52−146375号公報参照)、
紙幣の投入で作動する自動玉貸機等の紙幣投入機を遊技
台間に設けて遊技台列が構成されている遊技設備では、
紙幣が硬貨に比べて大形でかつ薄いものであり、しかも
軽くて可撓性があるという特性から硬貨のようには取扱
にくいので、紙幣投入機の各々に金庫(スタッカ−)を
備えておき、各紙幣投入機において受け入れた紙幣はそ
の受け入れた紙幣投入機の金庫に収納しておくことが行
われている(特開昭53−3399号公報参照)。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】従って、従来の紙幣の
投入で作動する紙幣投入機を遊技台間に設けて遊技台列
が構成されている遊技設備によれば、各紙幣投入機に投
入された紙幣を回収するに際して、回収者が各紙幣投入
機の前面まで一々移動して金庫内の紙幣を回収しなけれ
ばならず、一連の遊技台列についてだけみても各紙幣投
入機からの紙幣の回収を能率良く行なうことができない
のはもとより、遊技台の稼働中に金庫が満杯になった時
には遊技者の間に入り込んで回収しなければならない場
合もあり、遊技者に対する配慮にも欠けるものである。
そこで、従来の硬貨の投入で作動する自動玉貸機をパチ
ンコ遊技台間に設けて遊技台列が構成されている遊技設
備と同じように、遊技台列前面側から受け入れた紙幣を
遊技台列背面側に送り出す紙幣投入機を遊技台間に設け
て構成される遊技台列の2列を背中合わせに配設し、こ
れらパチンコ遊技台列の背面間に、各遊技台列の紙幣投
入機から送り出された紙幣を遊技台列一端側の回収位置
まで合流搬送する搬送装置を設けて、紙幣を遊技者の邪
魔にならず、しかも能率良く回収できるようにすること
が考えられるが、この場合、各遊技台列の紙幣投入機か
ら送り出される紙幣を、単にコンベヤ等の搬送装置の搬
送面に不規則な姿勢で自重落下させて、遊技台列一端側
の回収位置まで合流搬送するだけでは、搬送紙幣が搬送
途中で滞留する等、搬送が不確実になり易く、また、不
規則な姿勢で自重落下してくる紙幣を搬送装置の搬送面
に確実に受け止められるよう、搬送面の横幅が広い大型
の搬送装置を設ける必要があり、搬送装置の据え付けの
為に広いスペ−スを確保する必要があるから、遊技台の
据え付けスペ−スがその分少なくなるおそれがある。本
発明は上記実情に鑑みてなされたものであって、紙幣が
備える特性を有効に活用して、背中合わせに配設された
各遊技台列の紙幣投入機に投入された紙幣を遊技者の邪
魔にならず能率良く円滑に搬送して確実に回収できるも
のでありながら、広い据え付けスペ−スを必要としない
遊技設備を提供することを目的とする。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成する為の
本発明の特徴構成は、 A.複数の遊技台を横方向に並設して構成される遊技台
列の2列が背中合わせに配設され、前記遊技台列の各々
に、紙幣を当該遊技台列前面側から受け入れてその紙面
が上下方向に沿う姿勢で当該遊技台列背面側に送り出し
可能な複数の紙幣投入機が当該遊技台列に沿う方向で設
けられているとともに、 B.前記遊技台列の各々に設けた前記紙幣投入機の各々
から送り出される紙幣を受け取って弾性的に挾持し、前
記遊技台列に沿って特定位置まで同一方向に合流搬送す
る挾持搬送装置が設けられている遊技設備であって、 C.前記挾持搬送装置が前記遊技台列の背面間に配置さ
れ、前記紙幣投入機の各々から送り出される紙幣が、そ
の紙面が上下方向に沿う姿勢のままで前記挾持搬送装置
の挾持搬送路に合流して搬送される遊技設備。 上記A,B,Cの構成にあり、かかる構成から次の作用
効果を奏する。 【0005】 【作用】 a.前記A,Bの構成により、背中合わせに配設した遊
技台列の各々に設けた紙幣投入機の各々から送り出され
る紙幣を手間をかけず、しかも、遊技台列に沿っての搬
送で遊技者の邪魔にならずに、能率良く回収できるので
あるが、 b.遊技台列前面側から受け入れた紙幣をその紙面が上
下方向に沿う姿勢で遊技台列背面側に送り出し可能な紙
幣投入機を、背中合わせに配設した遊技台列の各々に設
けて、遊技台列の各々に設けた紙幣投入機の各々から送
り出される紙幣を、遊技台列に沿って挾持姿勢で特定位
置まで一連に搬送するから、紙幣投入機を薄型化して、
紙幣投入機設置スペースを小さくし、その分、遊技台の
据付スペースを広くできるとともに、例えば、紙幣をそ
の紙面が水平方向に沿う姿勢で遊技台列背面側に送り出
し可能な紙幣投入機を設けて、その送り出し紙幣を搬送
ベルト上で載置搬送する場合に比べて、紙幣が滞留しに
くい状態で円滑に、しかも、狭いスペースでも効率よく
確実に搬送でき、 c.紙幣を弾性的に挾持して合流搬送するから、紙幣投
入機から送り出された紙幣が先行して搬送されてきた紙
幣に重る状態で合流される場合のように、挾持搬送され
る紙幣の重り状態が変化して、挾持厚さが不規則に変動
しても、その厚さ変動を弾性的に吸収でき、搬送姿勢の
乱れが少い状態で搬送できる。 d.殊に、背中合わせに配設した遊技台列各々からの送
り出し紙幣を挾持して、特定位置まで同一方向に合流搬
送する挾持搬送装置を設けたから、紙幣詰まり発生のお
それが少ない状態で迅速に搬送できるとともに、特定位
置に搬送した後の紙幣の回収作業も能率良く行える。つ
まり、例えば、背中合わせに配設した左右の遊技台列に
沿って回動移動される無端回動ベルトと、遊技台列長手
方向一端側に向けて移動する無端回動ベルト部分との協
働で紙幣を挾持搬送する挾持ベルト或いは挾持ローラー
と、遊技台列長手方向他端側に向けて移動する無端回動
ベルト部分との協働で紙幣を挾持搬送する挾持ベルト或
いは挾持ローラーとを設けて挾持搬送装置を構成し、背
中合わせに配設した左右の遊技台列のうちの一方の遊技
台列からの送り出し紙幣を遊技台列長手方向一端側の特
定位置に向けて搬送し、他方の遊技台列からの送り出し
紙幣を遊技台列長手方向他端側の特定位置に向けて搬送
する場合は、遊技台列の長手方向で離れた2ヵ所の特定
位置で、搬送した紙幣を別々に回収する必要があり、紙
幣の回収効率が悪い欠点がある。又、この欠点を解決す
る為に、前述の挾持搬送装置において、背中合わせに配
設した左右の遊技台列のうちの一方の遊技台列からの送
り出し紙幣を遊技台列長手方向一端側の特定位置に向け
て搬送し、他方の遊技台列からの送り出し紙幣は、遊技
台列長手方向他端側に向けて搬送した後、その搬送方向
を無端回動ベルトの移動方向の反転にともなって反転さ
せて、前述の一方の遊技台列からの送り出し紙幣が搬送
される特定位置と同じ特定位置に搬送するよう構成する
と、搬送距離が長くなり、その分、搬送に時間がかかる
とともに紙幣詰まり発生の確率が高くなる欠点がある。
これに対して、本発明のように、背中合わせに配設した
左右の遊技台列各々からの送り出し紙幣を特定位置まで
同一方向に合流搬送する挾持搬送装置を設けてあると、
左右両方の遊技台列からの送り出し紙幣を短い搬送距離
で共通の特定位置に搬送でき、搬送距離が短い分だけ紙
幣詰まり発生のおそれが少ない状態で迅速に搬送できる
とともに、特定位置に搬送した後の紙幣の回収作業を能
率良く行えるのである。 e.前記Cの構成により、紙幣投入機の各々から送り出
される紙幣を迅速に、しかも、紙幣の複雑な姿勢変更を
ともなうことなく円滑に挾持搬送装置の挾持搬送路に合
流できるとともに、 f.挾持搬送装置の横幅を小さくして、挾持搬送装置が
配設されるべき遊技台列間の間隔を狭くできる。 【0006】 【発明の効果】前記aの作用により、背中合わせに配設
した遊技台列各々の紙幣投入機に投入された紙幣を遊技
者の邪魔にならず能率良く回収でき、しかも前記bの作
用により、広い据え付けスペ−スを必要とせずに、円滑
に搬送して効率よく確実に回収できるものでありなが
ら、前記cの作用により、搬送姿勢の乱れに起因する紙
幣詰り発生のおそれが少なく、殊に、前記dの作用によ
り、紙幣詰まり発生のおそれが一層少ない状態で迅速に
搬送できるだけでなく、特定位置に搬送した後の紙幣の
回収作業も能率良く行える。又、前記eの作用により、
紙幣を一層迅速かつ円滑に回収でき、前記fの作用によ
り、2列の遊技台列を背中合わせの状態でコンパクトに
配置できる。特許請求の範囲第2項記載の遊技設備は、
前記遊技台列の一方に設けた前記紙幣投入機と、前記遊
技台列の他方に設けた前記紙幣投入機とが、前記挾持搬
送装置の挾持搬送路に対して直交又は略直交する方向で
互いに対向する状態に配置されているから、背中合わせ
の遊技台列に、遊技台と紙幣投入機とを挾持搬送装置を
挟んで左右対称に配置でき、遊技島の設計及び施工を簡
略化できる。 【0007】 【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。図1、図2はパチンコ遊技設備を示し、複数のパ
チンコ台Aを横方向に並設して構成されるパチンコ台列
の2列を小間隔(20cm程度)を隔てた背中合せの状
態に配設し、これらパチンコ台列の各々に、紙幣aをパ
チンコ台列前面側から上下姿勢で受入れ、かつ、パチン
コ台列背部に紙幣投入機の一例としての上下姿勢で送出
し可能な複数の玉貸機Bを、隣接パチンコ台A,Aの間
のうち、一つ置きに位置する間夫々に介在させる状態
で、当該パチンコ台列に沿う方向で設けるとともに、こ
の両パチンコ台列の背面間に、各玉貸機Bからの送出し
紙幣aを挾持して台列一端に設けた収納部Cに搬送する
挾持搬送装置Dを設けて構成してある。尚、前記玉貸機
Bは、識別機能を備えていて、紙幣aが良の場合のみそ
の紙幣aを背部に送出し、紙幣aが不良の場合には、紙
幣受入口bから返却すべく構成されている。 【0008】前記挾持搬送装置Dの挾持搬送路は、玉貸
機Bを挟んで隣接する左右のパチンコ台A,Aの設置範
囲に亘る長さ分を一ユニットの長さとする搬送ユニット
dの複数を一連に連結して構成されており、各搬送ユニ
ットdは、図3乃至図10に示すように、ほぼ上向き開
放コの字形の固定枠1内に、搬送用丸ベルト2Bを上下
軸芯周りに駆動回動させるベルト駆動装置2と、搬送用
丸ベルト2Bの一側脇に対設させたガイド装置3とによ
り、紙幣aを上下姿勢で挾持して一定経路4に沿ってパ
チンコ台A長さに相当する距離に亘り搬送する挾持搬送
体5の二つを、搬送上手側のものから下手側のものに紙
幣aを受渡し可能な状態に設けるとともに、前記両挾持
搬送体5,5間での紙幣受渡し箇所の両側に挾持搬送方
向に対して直交する外側方から、つまり、前記玉貸機
B,Bから送出されてくる紙幣a,aを上下姿勢のまま
で挾持搬送経路4に供給する口6,6を設けて構成され
ている。前記ベルト駆動装置2は、挾持搬送紙幣aの一
定以上の倒れを防止する案内板2Aに、搬送用丸ベルト
2Bを挾持搬送経路4に沿って回動させるように掛張す
るための複数の溝付プーリー2Cを間隔を隔てて軸支さ
せるとともに、これらプーリー2Cのうちの一つを駆動
するモータ2Dを設けて構成されている。尚、前記プー
リー2Cの間隔は、少なくとも二つのプーリー2Cを挾
持搬送紙幣aに押圧作用させ得る間隔である。 【0009】前記プーリー2Cのうち、並列方向の中間
に位置する複数のプーリー2Cは、スプリング2Eを介
して挾持方向に移動付勢されており、前記案内板2A
は、上下夫々においてステー2a,2bを介して前記固
定枠1に取付けられており,上下ステー2a, 2bのう
ち、上側ステー2aは揺動により、固定枠1に連結する
状態と、固定枠1から離脱して案内板2Aと固定枠1と
の間に上方からの前記丸ベルト2Bのプーリー2Cへの
掛け替えを許容する通路2cを形成される状態とに切替
自在に構成されている。尚、各搬送ユニットd夫々にお
いては、上手側のベルト駆動装置2における下手側プー
リー2C1 の軸2C'1を、かつ、下手側のベルト駆動装
置2における手側プーリー2C2 の軸2C'2を夫々、1
つのモータ2Dの軸2D' にギヤ2Fを介して連動させ
ることにより、両ベルト駆動装置2,2間でモータ2D
を兼用すべく構成されている。7は前記可動の上側ステ
ー2aを固定枠1への連結状態に弾性的に係合保持する
板バネである。 【0010】前記ガイド装置3は、挾持搬送紙幣aの一
定以上の倒れを防止する案内板3Aに前記ベルト駆動装
置2における各プーリー2Cに対応する複数の挾持用押
圧輪3Bを軸支させた構造に構成され、かつ、下方部を
支点Rとする揺動により、前記ベルト駆動装置2とで紙
幣aを挾持可能な挾持作用位置と挾持作用を解除する位
置とに変更可能に構成されている。前記押圧輪3Bのう
ち、並列方向の中間部に位置するものは、夫々、スプリ
ング3Cを介して挾持方向に移動付勢されている。8
は、揺動により、固定枠1に突っ張って前記ガイド装置
3、つまり、案内板3Aを挾持作用位置に保持する姿勢
と突っ張り解除姿勢とに切替自在な固定片であり、9
は、この固定片8を突っ張り姿勢に弾性係合保持する板
バネである。前記紙幣供給口6は、前記固定枠1の側板
部分に固定枠1内への紙幣aの移入を許容する切欠き6
aを形成するとともに、送出し紙幣aを挾持搬送経路4
に沿った姿勢に変更して下手側挾持搬送体5の始端部に
案内する前後一対のガイド板6A,6Bを設けた構造に
構成されている。 【0011】前記搬送ユニットdは、パチンコ台Aの隣
接間隔の変更に対すべく、挾持搬送方向で位置変更可能
な状態に接続連結されており、上手側に位置する搬送ユ
ニットdにおける下手側挾持搬送体5の各案内板2A,
3A終端部分2Aa,3Aaと、下手側に位置する搬送
ユニットdにおける上手側挾持搬送体5の各案内板2
A, 3A始端部分2Ab,3Abとは、図9及び図10
に示すように、挾持搬送方向での相対移動を許容する状
態で挾持搬送方向で相互に入り込むように構成されてお
り、上手側挾持搬送体5の案内板始端部分2Ab,3A
bは、その先端側ほど次第に外方に位置するように折曲
げられている。かつ、前記各搬送ユニットdにおける下
手側挾持搬送体5の始端部と玉貸機Bとは、玉貸機Bか
ら挾持搬送体5始端部への紙幣aの移行を確実化する上
で、紙幣aが玉貸機Bから送出し作用を受けている状態
でその送出し紙幣aを挾持搬送体5の始端部で挾持搬送
するような関係をもって構成されており、前記下手側挾
持搬送体5におけるガイド装置3の始端押圧輪3B’
は、不良紙幣aが挾持搬送体5始端で挾持された状態で
玉貸機Bからその不良紙幣aが返却されることによる不
良紙幣aの破損を防止する上で、玉貸機Bでの不良紙幣
返却信号に基づくソレノイド10の作動によって、挾持
解除位置に自動的に位置変更すべく構成されている。 【0012】さらに、各搬送ユニットdには、下手側挾
持搬送体5の始端部近くにおいて挾持搬送紙幣aの通過
を検出するための投光器11と光電スイッチ12とが設
けられているとともに、紙幣通過による光電スイッチ1
2のONにより点灯するランプ13が設けられており、
又、台列の上端部にも、前記ランプ13と同様に各光電
スイッチ12のONにより点灯するランプ14が設けら
れている。従って、ランプ14の点灯具合から紙幣aの
詰り等、挾持搬送状況を大雑把であるが知ることができ
る。 【0013】上記実施例構成によれば、各玉貸機Bから
の送出し紙幣aを収納部Cに挾持搬送できるのであっ
て、玉貸機Bからの送出し紙幣aと上手側の挾持搬送経
路4部分からの紙幣a又は重なった紙幣a群とが同時又
はほぼ同じ時期に下手側挾持搬送体5の始端部に供給さ
れた場合には、それらが重ねられて挾持搬送される。そ
して、紙幣aの詰りが生じた場合には、詰り箇所のガイ
ド装置3を挾持解除位置に変更させることにより、詰り
紙幣aに対する挾持を解除して、その詰り紙幣aを破損
することなく容易、迅速に上方に取出すことができ、し
かも、丸ベルト2Bの破損や摩耗等により、丸ベルト2
Bの交換時期になったときには、上側ステー2aを通路
形成状態に揺動させるだけで、上方から容易、迅速にベ
ルト交換を行なえる。 【0014】尚、本発明は次に列記するようにして実施
しても良い。 上記実施例において、ベルト2Bとして、平ベルト
やタイミングベルトを用いる。 図11に示すように、上下巾大なる平ベルトを駆動
回動させるベルト駆動装置2に構成する。 図12に示すように、上下二段のベルト2B, 2B
を駆動回動させるベルト駆動装置2に構成する。 上記実施例において、各モータ2Dやベルト2B、
プーリー2Cにかかる負荷変動をもって、詰りを自動検
出するように構成する。 詰りが生じた場合、その詰り検出に基づいて自動的
に挾持搬送を停止するように構成する。 この場合、挾持搬送停止状態での玉貸機Bからの紙幣a
