も品質上ビビリ、段付き、焼付け等の無い手入れが必要
なため、ワゴングラインダー工具を使った人手作業に頼
っているのが現状である。このワゴングラインダー工具
による手入れには実開昭61−75953号公報や実開
昭62−104856号公報に示された装置で、鋼板へ
の押し付け力、研削速度など人の微妙な力加減が手入れ
品質を左右してしまうため、非常に熟練を要する作業で
ある。

検出する機能を備え鋼板の向きに合わせて位置決めを
し、手入れ方向を自在に変更可能とした疵手入れ装置を
提供せんとするものである。

時、研削ベルトが返りによって切損してしまう場合があ
る。そのために図3(B)及び図3(C)に示すように
鋼板の向きをガイドローラ15で検出し、研削枠体14
を鋼板の向きに合わせた方向に旋回位置決めし、更に鋼
板端面から返り幅分、例えばα°だけシフトした位置で
研削手入れをすることを可能とした。
