Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a muco to a deep part by easily detecting the adshesion of the muco by forming a fine gap in the arrangement surrounding an objective lens and carrying out suction through a suction hole from the fine gap. CONSTITUTION:A scope is constituted by forming a fine gap 6 so as to surround an objective lens 1 and forming a suction hole using the fine gap 6 as opened port, on a shaft 2. The shaft 2 of the scope is inserted into a digestive tract, and when suctioning the liquid in the tract and gas is necessary, the suction work can be carried out arbitrarily through the fine gap 6 and the suction hole. Accordingly, in the approach in any direction where a muco closes a part of the fine gap 6, an inspector speedily senses the closure of the objective lens 1 and can stop the suction operation, and the damage due to the suction for the muco can be prevented beforehand.

[Industrial application] Endoscopes for the examination and diagnosis of the gastrointestinal tract, especially the stomach, large intestine, small intestine, etc.
In the case of observation by the method described above, it is necessary to remove the lavage fluid, blood, bile, pigment fluid, gastric fluid, intestinal fluid and other fluids (hereinafter referred to as intraductal fluid) in the digestive tract such as stomach, large intestine and small intestine by suction. The present invention relates to a method for sucking a liquid in a tube during observation with a scope.

The current topic of the endoscope is to catch cancer rapidly and how small it is, and to perform non-operative endoscopic resection. Small cancer of 10 mm or less,
So-called kiss marks (changes of red mucous membranes with a diameter of about 5 mm) due to suction are very disturbing in order to detect microscopic cancers of 5 mm or less. In the scope described in the above-mentioned prior art, when advancing the shaft of the scope while sucking the fluid in the tube, the stomach / intestinal mucosa 3 is deeply sucked into the suction hole (forceps hole) 4 by suction as shown in FIG. Even if the tip of the shaft 2 is moved, the shaft 2 may not be easily separated and the smooth operation may be hindered. If the stomach / intestinal mucosa 3 is deeply sucked into the suction hole (forceps hole) 4 as described above, it damages the stomach / intestinal mucosa 3 and causes a so-called kiss mark-like trace that may be mistaken for a lesion. Not preferable. In addition, the stomach for the opening of the suction hole 4 next to the objective lens 1
When the intestinal mucosa 3 begins to be adsorbed, there is a time delay until the stomach / intestinal mucosa 3 is inhaled deeply and is out of the field of view of the objective lens, and the examiner notices and stops the suction. Will end up. It is an object of the present invention to provide a suction method performed during observation with a novel scope in which the mucosa enters the visual field of the objective lens early so that the adsorption can be noticed easily and the adsorption of the mucous membrane to the deep portion is less likely to occur. In order to achieve the above object, a suction method performed during observation by a scope according to the present invention is such that an objective lens is surrounded by a slit (in the present application, a slit is provided). Holes are also included),
Suction is performed from this slit through a suction hole.

Since the present invention is as described above, the mucous membrane 3 is shown in FIG.
As shown in (3), the objective lens 1 approaches the slit 6 provided so as to surround the objective lens 1, so that the suction operation can be quickly stopped by the objective lens. That is, mucosal damage can be avoided.

As described in the above operation, the suction method performed during observation with the scope according to the present invention is performed by the examiner regardless of the direction in which the mucous membrane 3 approaches even a part of the slit 6 from any direction. Since it is possible to detect the blindness of the objective lens at an early stage and stop the suction operation, damage (kiss mark, etc.) due to mucosal suction can be prevented in advance.

In the embodiment of the present invention, first, the slit 6 is arranged around the objective lens 1 and the suction hole 4 having the slit 6 as an opening is formed in the shaft 2. Configure the provided scope (only the main part is shown in the figure). The shaft 2 of this scope is pushed into the digestive tract, and when it is necessary to suck the liquid in the tube, gas, etc., it can be arbitrarily performed via the slit 6 and the suction hole 4. In the figure, reference numeral 8 is a forceps hole (also does not serve as a suction hole), 9 is a cleaning nozzle for the lens 1, and 10 is a light transmitting portion.
