Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a facing material excellent in fouling proofness and light resistance by monolithically laminating the surface and back surface of a wet- type nonwoven fabric comprising vinyl chloride-based copolymer fused fibers floc and non-fused fiber floc such as pulp or PVA with a fluorine-based compos ite resin film and a vinyl chloride resin film, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The surface and back surface of a wet-type nonwoven fabric comprises (A) 20-90 (pref. 80-90)wt.% of fused fiber floc consisting mainly of a vinyl chloride-based copolymer resin such as vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer and (B) 80-10wt. (pref. 20-10)wt.% of non-fused fiber floc such as pulp or PVA, are laminated, respectively, with (1) a fluorine-based three-layered composite film consisting of vinylidene difluoride/methyl methacrylate/vinyl chloride and (2) a vinyl chloride resin sheet printed with pattern(s) through gravure system, followed by monolithically fusing through hot pressing. Then, a release paper coated with an acrylic tack agent is applied on each of the surfaces of the resulting laminate, thus obtaining the objective facing material.

In recent years, the market demand has been diversified and sophisticated in terms of both design and function, and it has become necessary to have a product lineup in accordance with the "multi-product, small-lot" trend. In addition, it is also required to respond to quick market requirements, that is, shorten the delivery time.
It has become difficult to respond to the market sufficiently by the conventional method.

In order to supply various designs in a short time and to impart a new function in response to the demands of the market, the inventors of the present invention described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 30521/1990 disclose chloride. Appearance by heat-pressing a paper sheet made of 30% by weight or more of heat-fusible fiber containing a vinyl copolymer resin as a main component, and a fibrous sheet-like material such as a non-woven fabric, and a vinyl chloride resin sheet. We have proposed a composite resin sheet with dramatically improved processability, which can be easily processed according to the purpose of improving texture, cushioning effect, design effect, etc., and can also be welded and cut by high frequency. .

That is, according to the present invention, 20 to 90% by weight of fused fiber flocs containing a vinyl chloride copolymer resin as a main component and 80 of fused fiber flocs such as pulp and PVA are used. A fluorine-based composite resin film is arranged on the surface of a wet non-woven fabric composed of 10 to 10% by weight, and a vinyl chloride resin sheet is arranged on the back surface of the composite laminated non-woven fabric, which is heated and pressed to be fused and integrated. It is a covering material made of a characteristic composite resin sheet.

If less than 20% by weight of the fused fiber flocs containing a vinyl chloride copolymer resin as a main component, the amount of the fused fibers is small when heat-pressurized to perform fusion and integration, so that they are completely integrated. It becomes difficult to make a composite resin sheet that has been turned into a composite. On the other hand, if it exceeds 90% by weight, the paper-forming property and the design property brought about by the non-fusing fiber become poor. The suitable weight% of the fusion-bonded fiber varies greatly depending on the thickness of the composite resin sheet. For the wallpaper that requires a thin thickness among the covering materials, the weight-% of the fusion-bonded fiber is 80 to 90% by weight. % Is preferable. This is because as the thickness becomes thinner, it becomes more difficult to fuse and integrate the composite resin sheets.

The present invention will be described in detail based on the manufacturing method. First, a wet non-woven fabric containing vinyl chloride-based fused fiber floc as a main component is prepared. At this time, various amounts of acrylic fiber flocs having different fineness, cut length, crimping level, cross-sectional shape, hue, etc. are put in this non-woven fabric or a plain pattern is printed to produce various non-woven fabrics having a wide range of design effects.

This non-woven fabric is used as a conventional vinyl chloride resin sheet 2
Placing sandwiches between layers that have been layered and heating and fusing will increase the product lineup by a multiple of the number of types. At this time, if the resin sheet to be disposed on the top layer is a fluorine resin film, the functions such as antifouling property, light resistance, and heat resistance are remarkably improved.

The fluorine-based composite resin film used in the present invention is preferably a composite resin film composed of a fluorine-based film for the surface layer and a vinyl chloride film for the inner layer, and the fluorine-based film as the surface layer provides antifouling property, light resistance, A function such as heat resistance is imparted, and the vinyl chloride film of the inner layer improves the adhesiveness to the nonwoven fabric containing the vinyl chloride fused fiber. Also,
In order to enhance the adhesiveness between the fluorine film and the vinyl chloride film, a film that enhances the adhesiveness between the two films may be interposed therebetween. Specifically, a three-layer composite film of vinylidene difluoride resin / MMA resin / vinyl chloride resin is preferably used.

EXAMPLES Next, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to Examples. (Example 1) 70% by weight of PVC heat-sealing fiber flock (3 d x 10 m / m) obtained from a copolymer of 85% by weight vinyl chloride / 15% by weight vinyl acetate and 1.0% by weight of PVA fiber flock 3 m / m) 10% by weight, natural pulp 15% by weight, pink and blue dyed acrylic fibers (30 d × 2 m / m) each 25% by weight, composed, wet with a floc weighing 30 g / m 2 . The nonwoven fabric was made into paper. Vinylidene difluoride resin /
A three-layer composite film of MMA resin / vinyl chloride resin was placed on the lower surface of which a vinyl chloride resin sheet on which a pattern was printed by a gravure method was arranged, and was heat-melt integrated. After that, an acrylic adhesive was applied on a release paper coated with 35 g / m 2 to prepare a covering material. The composite resin sheet created in this way is made of acrylic fibers dyed in pink and blue, which are non-fusion fibers,
It exhibited excellent designability, and was excellent in antifouling property and light resistance due to the fluorine-based composite resin film of the outermost layer.
