2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been provided therapeutic devices for supplying electric currents such as electromagnetic fields and low frequency pulses to the human body. Particularly recently, a small and thin treatment device composed of a unit in which a treatment device such as an electromagnetic field generator or a low-frequency pulse generator is housed in a coin-shaped casing, or a casing or the like is made of a flexible material. Flexible treatment devices are provided. Since such a therapeutic device is attached directly to the skin and fixed, and because it is small and thin or has flexibility, it does not feel uncomfortable even if it is worn for a long time and can be used easily. The method of fixing to the skin is performed by using a commonly used bandage, and first, the bandage is first attached to the treatment device and then attached to the site to be treated. This fixing method is inexpensive.

However, with this fixing method, there are problems that the plasters stick to each other when the treatment device is attached to the skin, or the treatment device cannot be fixed by closely adhering to the skin, and the therapeutic effect is reduced. It was very difficult to attach to etc. Therefore, an adhesive sheet for fixing the treatment device to the human body is provided. This adhesive sheet is one in which an adhesive layer is provided on the front and back sides of a carrier formed of a cushioning base, and one surface of this adhesive sheet is a mounting surface of a casing of a treatment device accommodating a treatment device (a surface to be attached to a human body). ), And the other side of the adhesive sheet can be attached and fixed by simply pressing it on the skin of the part of the human body to be treated, and it can be attached and fixed very easily.

However, in the case of the above structure, since the adhesive sheet is very thin, the casing of the treatment device and the skin are in close contact with each other, and moisture such as sweat from the adhesive sheet can be prevented. There is no escape route, and since the casing of the treatment device is made of a material such as metal that is not permeable to moisture, there is no escape route for water. As a result, the adhesive layer in contact with the casing is filled with water, affecting the adhesive forming the adhesive layer and causing a decrease in strength. After using the treatment device, the adhesive sheet is treated. There is a problem that a large amount of adhesive remains on the surface of the casing when the container is removed from the casing. In addition, there has been a problem that the adhesive affected by water becomes molten and loses its adhesive strength, and the treatment device is easily peeled off from the skin of the human body.

Most of the sweat generated from the skin B is generated by the adhesive layer 2.
It is absorbed by the water-absorbing polymer dispersed in the adhesive of b. The sweat that has not been absorbed here passes through the adhesive layer 2b and reaches the carrier 1. However, since the carrier 1 is formed of a breathable thick non-woven fabric or sponge, there is a gap between the treatment device A and the skin B. It is possible that a very small amount of sweat is released to the outside. Further, most of the sweat not released to the outside by the carrier 1 reaches the adhesive layer 2a. The sweat that has reached the adhesive layer 2a is absorbed by the water-absorbing polymer contained in the adhesive layer 2a. That is, the absorption of sweat by the water-absorbing polymer contained in the adhesive layers 2b, 2a and the release of sweat by the carrier 1 are
It prevents sweat from accumulating in the adhesive forming the adhesive layers 2a and 2b, prevents the adhesive from being affected by sweat and lowering in strength, and the adhesive layers 2a and 2b are affected by moisture such as sweat. Is avoided. It should be noted that fogging can be prevented by dispersing a water-absorbent polymer in an adhesive and absorbing sweat therein, which is a known matter.

FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet C is obtained by replacing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2a of the first embodiment described above with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 made of a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive which is more resistant to moisture and water than acrylic. The adhesive layer 4 has a thickness of about 70 μm. The other structure and mounting method are the same as those in the first embodiment. The sweat generated from the skin B passes through the adhesive layer 2b and the carrier 1 and reaches the adhesive layer 4 as in the first embodiment. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is formed of a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive having excellent moisture and water resistance. However, no matter how much the moisture- and water-resistant rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is absorbed, if a large amount of sweat is absorbed, the sweat will be absorbed. The strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is greatly reduced under the influence of. However, in the present embodiment, most of the sweat is absorbed by the water-absorbing polymer contained in the adhesive layer 2b, so that the amount of sweat reaching the adhesive layer 4 is such that the strength of the rubber-based adhesive is significantly reduced. Therefore, the adhesive of the adhesive layer 4 is prevented from being affected by moisture such as sweat.

Here, when sweating is inhibited by some impermeable substance, conversely, there is a tendency that sweating is activated in the inhibited portion. Therefore, in this embodiment, since the non-adhesive forming portion 3a that does not inhibit sweating is present in the adhesive layer 2b that adheres to the skin B, the amount of the water-absorbent polymer is reduced by providing the non-adhesive forming portion 3a to reduce sweat. Even if the absorption of
Since unnecessary sweating can be reduced, there is no problem in sweat absorption. Although some sweat reaches the adhesive layer 2a,
The perspiration that has reached is also absorbed by the water-absorbing polymer contained in the adhesive layer 2a, and the adhesive is prevented from being affected by moisture such as sweat.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a comparative example. The adhesive layers 6a and 6b of the adhesive sheet C are the adhesive layers 2a and 2b of the first embodiment.
The same applies to the pressure-sensitive adhesive, but the water-absorbing polymer particles are not dispersed. The other structure and mounting method are the same as those in the first embodiment. In this comparative example, the sweat generated from the skin B is absorbed by the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6b, but since the water-absorbing polymer is not dispersed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6b, moisture is not retained and a large amount of sweat is absorbed. Reached carrier 1. However, in the carrier 1, as in the above embodiment, only a very small amount of sweat is released to the outside, so that most of the sweat reaching the carrier 1 reaches the adhesive layer 6a. However, since the water-absorbent polymer is not dispersed in the adhesive layer 6a as well, the permeated sweat has a great influence on the adhesive of the adhesive layer 6a. It is considered that the influence of sweat on the pressure-sensitive adhesive is the same as that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6b, but due to the anchoring effect on the stratum corneum of the skin B, the influence did not appear larger than that of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6a.

Next, Table 1 shows the experimental results of the above-mentioned Examples and Comparative Examples.
The results are summarized in. The test was carried out by 27 test subjects. Looking at Table 1, in all of the examples, the number of cases in which the adhesive is attached to the treatment device is small, and the number of cases in which the treatment device is detached from the adhesive sheet is also small, and most examples are normal. However, in the comparative example, the number of cases where the adhesive was adhered to the treatment device was 11, the number of cases where the treatment device was dropped from the adhesive sheet was 8, and there were only 8 normal cases.

As described above, according to the present invention, an adhesive sheet having a water-absorbing polymer is formed on both sides of a carrier in an adhesive sheet attached to a therapeutic device for fixing the therapeutic device to human skin. Absorbs and retains much of the water such as sweat secreted from the skin with the water-absorbing polymer, and does not affect the adhesive, leaving a large amount of the adhesive on the casing surface and making the treatment device easy. It is possible to obtain a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that does not peel off from the skin and has stable adhesiveness to the treatment device and the skin of the human body.

Further, according to the present invention, in an adhesive sheet attached to a therapeutic device for fixing the therapeutic device to the skin of the human body, since an adhesive layer having a water-absorbing polymer is formed on one surface of the carrier, it is secreted from the skin. The water-absorbent polymer absorbs and retains most of the water content such as sweat and does not affect the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the moisture- and water-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the other surface of the carrier is A small amount of unabsorbed water does not affect stickiness.

Further, since the non-adhesive forming portion is provided at least on the adhesive layer on the skin side, the water-absorbent polymer dispersed in the adhesive layer is reduced and the absolute amount of water absorbed is reduced, but the non-adhesive layer is not attached to the adhesive layer. Inhibition of sweating is reduced by providing the adhesive forming portion, and further sweating which occurs as a reaction of the inhibition is avoided, so that sweating can be suppressed to a small amount, and the water-absorbing polymer in the adhesive layer can be suppressed. Even if the water content is reduced, water can be absorbed, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not affected by water.
