(Operation) According to the present invention, the both ends of the mounting shaft 10 which swingably supports the actuating piece 11 are provided at the end portions of the support grooves 9 and 9 ', that is, in the middle of the first shell A. After being fitted to the portions, the holding rods 16 and 22 'are fitted into the support grooves 9 and 9'at both ends of the holding member 16 so that both ends of the mounting shaft 10 are made into the first shell A.
Therefore, the operating piece 11 can be swingably supported in the suction water flow path 5. Next, by interposing the partition member C and engaging the first and second shell bodies A and B, it is possible to configure the pump 3 provided with a predetermined flowing water detecting means in the casing. In the present invention, the operating piece 11 is supported by the supporting grooves 9, 9'formed in the first shell A.
Since it is performed only by the mounting shaft 10 and the substantially U-shaped holding member 16, the configuration is very simple, the required space is very small, and the attachment / detachment is easy.

Therefore, in the pump 3 of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the discharge port 18 is connected to the pipe 19a to the heat exchanger 2 of the water heater, and the suction port 20 is connected to the pipe 19b from the bathtub 1.
Can be connected, and a pipe 19c can be further connected between the heat exchanger 2 and the bath 1 to form a forced reheating system.

Then, the pump 3 operates and the hot water in the bathtub 1 is pumped by the pump 3.
In the state where it flows to the heat exchanger 2 side via the water, the flowing water pushes the flowing water operating portion 12 on one side of the operating piece 11 by the action of the weir portion 14, so that the operating piece 11 is smooth on this one side. Rocks in the direction. The magnet 13 comes close to the proximity switch 17 due to this swing, so that the proximity switch 17 operates to generate a flowing water detection signal.

In the above operation, air and water are mixed together in the casing 6 and discharged from the discharge water flow passage 6 from the start of the operation of the pump 3 to the normal operation. If 11 is provided, the operation piece 11 frequently swings and a chattering phenomenon occurs in which the proximity switch 17 is repeatedly turned on and off.

However, in the present invention, since the operating piece 11 is provided in the suction water flow path 5, it is not affected by the discharge of the mixture of air and water described above.

Further, in the present invention, since the suction port 20 and the discharge port 18 are provided in the upper portion of the casing 6, it is possible to prevent the reverse flow of water from the discharge port 18 side to the suction port 20 side without providing the check valve. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of chattering phenomenon due to the intermittent flow of running water when the check valve operates.

Next, when the pump 3 is not operating, the self-priming type self-priming at the beginning of operation, or the pump 3 is operating, but the hot water in the bathtub 1 is empty. When hot water is not flowing from the pump to the heat exchanger 2 via the pump 3, the operating piece 11 is swung in the returning direction due to the weight of the magnet 13 on the other side, and is held at the standby position by the support portion 15, Since 13 is separated from the proximity switch 17, no running water detection signal is generated. Thus, by using the presence / absence of the flowing water detection signal as one of the control conditions of the water heater, it is possible to prevent the water heating.

In the present invention, the flowing water detecting means has the above-mentioned structure, the structure is simple and easy to assemble, and the installation space is small, so that the pump 3 is not enlarged. However, the present invention is advantageous in that the installation work is easy and the installation space is small as compared with the case where the flowing water detection means is independently configured as a device.

(Example) Here, the example of FIG. 1 is demonstrated, and the support part 15 is comprised as the protrusion protruded from the dam part 14. Since the support portion 15 supports the other side of the operating piece 11 at a predetermined inoperative position, if a protrusion or the like is formed on the other side of the operating piece 11, it does not necessarily have to be formed as a protrusion. That is, the support portion 15 may be simply configured as a part of the dam portion 14. The partition member C is composed of metal members for partitioning provided with a predetermined communication port 21 between the first and second shells A and B and rubber members C 1 and C 2 for sealing. .

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides the running water detection means in the running water path inside the pump casing and is integrally configured. In the case of configuring the pump system as one of the above, there is an effect that the installation work is easy and the installation space can be made small. Further, the present invention, since the operating piece as the switching means is provided in the suction water flow path, it is not affected by the discharge of the mixture of air and water on the discharge side, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the chattering phenomenon due to this effect. Since the suction port and the discharge port are provided in the upper part of the casing, backflow of water from the discharge port side to the suction port side can be prevented without providing a check valve. There is an effect that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the chattering phenomenon due to the.

Particularly in the present invention, the elements in the casing constituting the flowing water detecting means include an operating piece provided with a magnet, a mounting shaft for rotatably supporting the operating piece, and a first mounting portion for fitting the mounting shaft. Consists of a shell support groove and a substantially U-shaped holding member. The structure is very simple, and the installation space is very small, so the pump body is not upsized, and assembly and foreign matter are clogged. In such a case, it is easy to remove it.
