と、一端側に前記ホースが接続され、他端側に接続部を
有すると共に、その間に湾曲部を有する曲りパイプと、
該曲りパイプに設けられた把手と、前記曲りパイプの接
続部に着脱自在に接続される延長管と、該延長管に接続
され、回転ブラシ及び回転ブラシ駆動用電動機を有する
床用吸込具とを備え、 前記ホースと延長管とに、掃除機本体から床用吸込具の
電動機に給電する給電線を夫々内装すると共に、前記曲
りパイプと延長管の接続部に互いに着脱自在に接続され
て前記給電線を中継する端子を設け、 前記把手は、曲りパイプの湾曲部分近傍からホース接続
側に向かって接続部の略延長方向に延設される操作部
と、該操作部から曲りパイプ側に湾曲した把持部を備え
ると共に、前記把手は、曲りパイプに一体形成した下ケ
ースと、該下ケースの開口を閉塞するカバー部材とから
構成し、 前記把手には、操作部内に制御回路部品を装着したプリ
ント基板を収納すると共に、前記操作部と曲りパイプの
ホース接続側との間に形成した部品収納室に制御回路部
品を収納し、 前記カバー部材の操作部に、プリント基板に装着された
制御回路部品の操作ボタンを設けると共に、前記下ケー
スとカバー部材との間に、延長管を保持するフック体及
び端子を保持した ことを特徴とする電気掃除機。
