発明が解決しようとする課題 以上のように従来の炊飯器においては、おかゆを炊飯す

り、他の炊飯メニューにおいても、まず最大の熱量で加
熱して沸騰させ、それ以降、沸騰維持工程で沸騰させ続
けて炊飯を行うものである。ところが、従来の炊飯工程
では、最大の熱量で加熱して沸騰させる工程から沸騰維
持工程に移る際に、沸騰した水により泡が発生して炊飯
器の容器11bの蓋11a近くにまで達し、その泡が沸騰維持
工程で沸騰し続けている間に、容器11bの蓋11aに開いた
蒸気抜き穴から吹きこぼれてしまうと言う課題を有して
いた。

温度φ1より高い所定の温度φ2を越えて水が沸騰した
ことを検知すると、前記制御手段により前記炊飯手段の
ヒーターへの通電を制御して前記炊飯手段の容器への加
熱を前記所定熱量W1より少ない所定熱量W2に制限する加
熱制限手段とを設けたものである。
