防止され、乳状糊2の付着による移送テープ7、巻込部
5、加熱部6、冷却部12等の装置各部の不具合を未然に
防げ、のち加熱部6により接着部分を加熱し、この加熱
により乳状糊2を乾燥固化し、さらにこの接着部分を冷
却部12により冷却し、この冷却により乳状糊2の成分た
るビニール基が冷却され、このビニール基は冷却するこ
とにより固化する性質をもっていることから硬化が早ま
るとともに初期接着力が高まり、フィルターロッドを連
続的により高速に製造できる。

成され、裏面への熱可塑性接着剤のはみ出しが防止さ
れ、熱可塑性接着剤の付着による装置各部の不具合を未
然に防げ、のち加熱部により接着部分を加熱し、この加
熱により熱可塑性接着剤を乾燥固化し、さらにこの接着
部分を冷却部により冷却し、この冷却により熱可塑性接
着剤硬化が早まるとともに初期接着力が高まり、フィル
ターロッドを連続的により高速に製造できる。
