That is, stains called edge marks occur at both ends in the traveling direction. It is thought that such edge marks are caused by the thickness of the ears being different from the other parts when the tubular material is nipped, and depending on the squeezing condition, that part may become darker or lighter. Occurs.
Conventionally, attempts have been made to solve such problems by selecting the squeezing ratio, dyes, auxiliaries, etc., but this has not been solved fundamentally, and this is the practical application of continuous dyeing with extremely high productivity. It is one of the causes of the inhibition.

At the time of dipping and nipping, the knitted fabric to be fed is not tensioned or is in a positive feeding state, and the knitted fabric is treated in a tensionless state.

It solves the problems that were previously considered difficult.

The tubular knitted fabric 1 includes guide rollers 2 and 3, a fabric feeding device 4,
It continuously runs between a pair of pressurized squeezing rollers 5 and 5 and is continuously dipped in the dyeing solution 6 stored between the rollers 5 and 5 and is nipped by the squeezing rollers 5 and 5 continuously. A dye liquor is applied and dyed. Aperture rollers 5, 5
As shown in FIG. 2, both ends are sealed by the side seal devices 7 and 7, and the dye solution is stored. The present invention is
In such a dip, nip method continuous dyeing method,
It is characterized in that when the knitted fabric is dipped and nipped, it is carried out in a tensionless state or in a positive feed (overfeed) state. For example, the mechanism is the fabric feeding device 4 shown in FIG. 2, that is, the inner conveyance which is arranged at both inner ears of the tubular knitted fabric and includes a plurality of guide rollers 11 and an endless belt 10 stretched around the rollers. It is carried out by a dough feeding device and a dough feeding device composed of a combination of drive rollers 8 and 9 which are pressed against the endless belt 10 through the knitted fabric and are rotated by receiving power from a drive source though not shown. By making the feed speed of the drive rollers 8 and 9 equal to or faster than the speed of the squeezing rollers 5 and 5, a positive feed state is obtained, and tension in the traveling direction of the knitted fabric is eliminated. The transfer mechanism has a mechanism shown in FIG. 3 in which both ends of the knitted fabric are nipped and moved by a pair of rotating rollers 13 while being spread by a known ring guide 12, or devised by the applicant. The feeding devices disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-2711, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 14712, etc. can also be used. Also,
Although such a fabric feeding mechanism is installed vertically to the fabric moving direction in FIG. 1, it may be installed horizontally between the guide rollers 2 and 3.

Knitted fabric used: tubular milling knitted fabric knitted with cotton yarn of 40 count Dye composition: reactive dye 3 g / l solution adjusted to pH 11.5 Squeezing condition: squeezing roll hardness 70 °, squeezing pressure 1 0.5 kg
/ Cm 2 Fabric transfer speed: 40 to 42 m / min Squeezing roll rotation speed: 40 m / min Additional tension: None Under the above conditions, the dye liquor filled between the squeezing rollers is continuously dipped and nipped In comparison with the case where the cloth is transferred simply by rotating the squeeze roll, the latter case causes continuous white spots on both ears, but does not cause spots at all.

It was done. In particular, the method of the present invention is effective for a milling tubular knitted fabric and a plain cloth tubular knitted fabric using a fine count cotton thread, which has been difficult to carry out conventionally.
