Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the introduction of stabilized amount of atmosphere at all times by a method wherein the title device is regulated automatically so as to be capable of introducing a given flow rate of air by keeping a balance between a draft resistance and the pressure of a spring. CONSTITUTION:A lid plate 1 is connected to a regulating plate 2 for flow rate of air through a shaft 3 and a spring 5 is provided between the lid plate 1 and an outside cover 4 while a casing 6 is mounted in the cover of a main body so that air is collided uniformly against the regulating plate 2 for flow rate of air. Accordingly, airflow, entered between the lid plate 1 and the cover of main body, is introduced into the inside of an unit through the casing 6. In this case, the introduced air pushes the regulating plate 2 for flow rate of air whereby the flow rate of air is choked. Accordingly, a force, pushing the regulating plate 2 for flow rate of air, is weakened, then, the lid plate 1 is opened again by the spring 5 whereby atmosphere is introduced. According to this method, the stabilized amount of atmosphere can be introduced at all times even when a pressure difference between the inlet port and the outlet port of the flow rate regulating device is fluctuated.
