Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform a room cooling with small operation energy and to prevent contamination of an environment by evaporating water in a cooling tank by a vacuum pump to be discharged into the atmosphere, and feeding the air to a pipe in which cooled water is guided. CONSTITUTION:Steam is evaporated from water of an ambient temperature in a cooling tank 1 by a vacuum pump 2, and discharged into the atmosphere. Thus, water of a low temperature is obtained. This water is fed to a pipe 3 by a circulation pump 4. The air is fed to the pipe 3 in which the cooled water is guided to a predetermined position or the tank 1 by a blower 5 to perform a room cooling. A water level regulating valve 7 of an auxiliary water tank 6 is opened or closed according to the degree of reduction upon evaporation of the water of the tank 1. Such a room cooling system has only an expansion stage, a reduced kinetic energy and no contamination of an environment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, water vapor at room temperature in a cooling tank is vaporized by a vacuum pump, and the vapor is released into the atmosphere.
It obtains low-temperature water and uses it for cooling. Since the heat capacity of water vapor is much larger than that of other substances, it is effective to use it, and it is easy to obtain water and the cost is low. Conventional methods include those that use a refrigerant such as CFCs or absorption methods that use water. Both of them also perform a cooling action by the expansion process of the refrigerant, and in the subsequent stage heat the substance that has been compressed or absorbed water. It is based on a two-stage system such as The present invention is characterized in that only the expansion stage is required, the operating energy is smaller than that of the conventional method, the cost is low, and there is no environmental pollution. It is the same as the conventional method that the cooling water is sent to the required place and the cool air is sent by the blower. As a method for assisting the evaporation of water in the cooling tank, it is possible to use the capillary phenomenon.
