成としている。そのため、グリッパ2に把持された印刷
物5の下端部5bは、下方の桟付きベルト6へ接触した
あと前記桟体6aの前面側へ当接し、且つ桟体6aによ
って後端部5bが保持された状態下でグリッパ2が開放
され、その折口部5aが下方へ自重降下することにな
る。その結果、桟付きベルト6上には、グリッパ2のピ
ッチPaとほぼ同じ折口部5aの間隔を持った印刷物5
の積み重ねが形成されると共に、当該印刷物5の積み重
ねは、桟体6aによって後端部5bを保持された状態で
姿勢の乱れを全く生じることなしに搬出されて行く。ま
た、本件発明では、桟付きベルト6と並列状に短い空気
箱7を配設しているため、グリッパ2の開放により自重
降下した印刷物5の下面側が吸引板7a側へ吸引され、
降下時に於ける印刷物5の跳ね上りが防止されると共
に、姿勢修正装置8によって印刷物5の横方向位置が修
正され、搬出用コンベアC上に規則正しく整列される。
これにより、印刷物5の姿勢の乱れがより効果的に防止
される。更に、本件発明では、搬出用コンベアCを桟付
きベルト6と極く短い空気箱7とから形成しているため
その構造が著しく簡素となり、キャリア用脱荷搬出装置
Aの製造コストの大幅な引き下げが可能となる。本発明
は上述の通り優れた実用的効用を奏するものである。
