【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 型締時にキャビティを内部に形成する相
互に移動可能の複数の金型部材と、これら金型部材のう
ちキャビティへ開口するゲートを有する固定側金型部材
に埋め込まれ内部が前記ゲートに同軸的に繋がる筒状の
バルブケーシングと、このバルブケーシング内に前記ゲ
ートと同軸的にかつその軸方向へ移動可能に設けられ前
記ゲートに嵌合してこのゲートを開閉自在に閉塞するピ
ン状のバルブと、前記バルブケーシング内に固定された
バルブホルダーとを備え、このバルブホルダーは、前記
バルブが常時摺動自在に嵌合されたバルブ保持部と、前
記ゲートに連通する樹脂通路とを有し、前記バルブ保持
部は、前記ゲートにほぼ連続して位置していることを特
徴とするバルブゲート式金型装置。
