[Problems to be solved by the device]

As described above, conventionally, a switch for controlling tools, instruments, devices, etc., which requires an operation related to a tool operated with one hand, is operated with one hand of the other hand, and therefore, it is operated with two hands. There was a drawback that it required skill to take timing. In addition, in the case of work that requires operations other than this switch, either the foot is used or the switch operated by the other hand is released, and the work is performed.

[0005] Such two movements are sequentially performed with one hand, or when the foot is used, it is necessary not only to select the movement and to pay attention to the two movements of the hand and the foot, but also to Time is also required to perform the operations in sequence, which reduces work efficiency and causes problems such as accumulation of fatigue that requires the attention of the operator.

The present invention provides a push switch that allows a tool that is operated with one hand to be easily attached with a switch for operating a tool, an instrument, a device, or the like that must be operated in association with the operation of the tool.

In the push switch of the present invention constructed as described above, one contact is formed of an elastic material so that one surface is raised, and when it is pushed in the recess side, a click feeling is generated. Therefore, when the raised surface is pressed down, the raised surface is pushed out to the opposite surface, and it contacts the other contact piece installed via the insulating material on the peripheral edge of the lower surface and the switch is closed. Become.

As described above, when the switch is turned on, when one of the contact pieces comes into contact with the other contact piece, a click feeling is generated, so that the ON state of the switch can be intuitively known. Also, since both of these contact pieces are covered with a waterproof covering material including the lead wires, this push switch is waterproof and can be made extremely thin. It can be attached at any place, such as by sticking it on the tape with a tape, or by using a tape with one side as an adhesive surface and winding it with a push switch along the gripped part of the tool, and so on. The push switch can be operated by pressing the position display section of the push switch.

Numerals 4 and 5 are insulating films which are insulating materials formed by means such as encapsulating a cloth woven of glass fibers in Teflon resin, and the back surface of which is coated with an adhesive material in advance. It is supplied in the state of being stuck on paper etc. to prevent it from adhering to other things by the adhesive material.

By cutting only the insulating films 4 and 5 without damaging the paper or the like on the back surface, it is easy to peel off the paper or the like in a desired shape. Of the mounting piece 2 and the contact piece 3 is slightly longer than the dimension of the mounting piece 2 and the contact piece 3 in the longitudinal direction, and the dimension of the other facing side is twice as long as the mounting piece 2 and the contact piece 3 in the lateral direction. The openings 4a, 5a, which are cut slightly shorter and are slightly larger than the raised portion 3a of the contact piece 3, are provided.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a tubular sheet which is a covering material formed of an insulating material such as vinyl chloride, and has a display portion 6a provided at one location on the outer peripheral surface thereof by projection, color difference or the like. As shown in FIG. 2, the contact piece 3 formed as described above is attached to the back surface of the insulating film 4 with its raised portion 3a aligned with the opening 4a of the insulating film 4. Reference numeral 4 denotes a portion protruding from the left and right of the contact piece 3, that is, a portion outside the dotted line portion of FIG.

On the other hand, the contact piece 1 is placed on the placing piece 2, and the outer peripheral edge of the flat surface portion 1 c on the outer periphery of the contact piece 1 is engaged with the engaging raised portion 2 b of the placing piece 2. Therefore, the contact piece 1 does not move on the mounting piece 2, and the convex portion 1d of the contact piece 1 surely contacts the upper surface of the mounting piece 2 so that the contact piece 1 and the mounting piece 2 are electrically connected. It becomes a state.

As shown in FIG. 3, the contact piece 1 and the placing piece 2 thus stacked are insulated by aligning the center of the bowl-shaped raised portion 1 a of the contact piece 1 with the raised portion 3 a of the contact piece 3. Place on film 4. Next, the opening 5a of the insulating film 5 and the center of the bowl-shaped portion 1a of the contact piece 1 are aligned, and the insulating film 5 is attached from above the contact piece 1 and the mounting piece 2 as shown in FIG. The left and right sides are folded back from the one-dot chain line in FIG. 1 to the back side of the contact piece 3 and attached.

Then, the insulating coating on one end of the lead wire 7 on which the two copper wires 7 a are insulated is peeled off, and the exposed copper wire 7 a is attached to the lead wire connecting portion 2 c of the mounting piece 2 and the contact piece 3. The lead wire connecting portions 3b are connected to each other by soldering or the like. Then, this is inserted into the tubular sheet 6, the display portion 6a and the bowl-shaped raised portion 1a are aligned with each other, and then the both ends of the tubular sheet 6 are thermocompression-bonded.

In the push switch thus formed, the surface opposite to the display portion 6a is placed on a flat surface, and when pushed from above the display portion 6a, the bowl-shaped raised portion 1a of the contact piece 1 faces toward the opposite surface. It is pushed out, and the convex portion 1b at the center thereof comes into contact with the raised portion 3a of the contact piece 3, and the contact piece 1 and the contact piece 3 are brought into conduction.

When the bowl-shaped raised portion 1a comes into contact with the raised portion 3a when the display portion 6a is pressed, a click feeling for deforming the bowl-shaped raised portion 1a is generated, and this click feeling is felt at the fingertips. Thus, it can be determined that the push switch has been turned on.

The tubular sheet 6 in this embodiment can be formed of synthetic rubber or can be replaced with an insulating film formed by immersing it in a solution of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride and solidifying it. . As shown in FIG. 7, the push switch A formed as described above is bonded to one surface of the discharge nozzle B, which is connected to a cream solder tank through a discharge pump, with the display portion 6a as the upper surface. It is wrapped with tape C and the other end of the lead wire is connected between the motor that operates the discharge pump and the power supply.

Then, while tracing the soldering pattern on the printed circuit board, when the display portion 6a is pressed at the first portion of the soldering pattern, the push switch A is turned on, and a current is supplied from the power supply to the motor of the discharge pump. The cream solder is supplied, and the cream solder is sent from the tank to the discharge nozzle C by the rotation of the motor.

When the pattern is traced with the tip of the discharge nozzle C in a state where the cream solder is discharged, the cream solder is applied on the pattern, so that the display portion 6a is pressed at the end of the pattern. If it is stopped, the current to the motor is cut off, the discharge of the cream solder is stopped, and after the pressing of the display unit 6a is released, the cream solder is further discharged from the discharge nozzle so that the cream solder is not dropped onto the printed circuit board. To be prevented. By repeating this operation at all cream solder application points on the printed circuit board, the application of the cream solder to the printed circuit board is completed.

In the above description, the crepe used for the cream solder applicator was explained. However, the crepe was attached to a tool, jig, etc. other than this and related to its operation while using the tool, jig, etc. When operating tools, jigs, other instruments, tools, devices, etc., a push switch A for turning on and off these power supply circuits is attached to them by the same means as described above, or by adhesion. It is possible to operate the push switch A by turning on the push switch A as needed while using a tool, a jig or the like by attaching it with a material or attaching it with a means such as screwing. In addition, it can be used as a power switch for a machine, device, etc. that operates independently, or as a switch for a required circuit by mounting it at an arbitrary location.
