[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to vehicle seats (particularly automobile seats), and more specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle seat (particularly an automobile seat). Rotate 180 degrees to the car floor,
This relates to a seat in which the bottom surface of the seat cushion can be used as a cargo platform.

(Prior art and its problems) In this type of automobile seat (third seat), the seat bag has a longer overall length than the seat cushion, so when the seat bag is laid down on the seat cushion, the seat cushion The top of the seat bag protrudes from the front end, and this protrusion allows the seat cushion to be connected to the seat bag, and the seat cushion to be held together with the seat bag.
Since the passenger seated in the front third seat cannot be accommodated in the low floor of the vehicle where the feet rest, the seat back is divided into an upper seat back part and a lower seat back part, and the stay of the headrest is passed through the upper seat back part. There is one in which the upper seat back part is attached to the lower seat back part together with the headrest.

Therefore, when using the seat as a loading platform,
When the upper seat back part is removed from the lower seat back part together with the head rest, the lower seat back part is laid down on the seat cushion, and rotated 180 degrees forward together with the seat cushion, the lower seat back part is shorter in overall length than the seat cushion. It can be stored on the front floor of the vehicle, and the bottom of the seat cushion can be used as a loading platform along with the vehicle floor where the seat cushion is installed. In addition, when used as a seat, the upper seat back is attached to the lower seat back with the head rest using the stay of the head rest, but the height position of the head rest is adjusted according to the position of the occupant's head. When the headrest is raised, since there is no locking mechanism for locking the upper seatback part to the lower seatback part, the upper seatback part also rises together with the stay of the headrest, and the occupant can lift the raised upper seatback part by hand. This was very troublesome as the seat had to be lowered to the lower seat back side.

This invention was made in view of this point, and when the headrest is raised, the upper seat back part is locked onto the lower seat back part,
To provide a vehicle seat in which an upper seat back part does not rise together with a headrest.

(Means and effects for solving the problem) The vehicle seat according to this invention has belt members provided on the lower surface of the upper seat back portion and the upper surface portion of the lower seat back portion, and both ends of one of the belt members are fixed. A gap is formed between this belt member and the surface part, one end of the other belt member is fixed, and the other end is removably attached to the surface part, so that when adjusting the height of the headrest, the lower surface of the upper seat back part is fixed. The upper seat back part is locked to the lower seat back part by locking the belt member on the lower seat back part and the belt member on the upper surface part of the lower seat back part, and the movement of the upper seat back part can be restricted.

(Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10. In the figure, 1 is a car seat (third seat), and seat cushion 2
and a seat back 3, and the seat back 3 is divided into an upper seat back portion 4 and a lower seat back portion 5. This lower seat back part 5
is mounted on the seat cushion 2 by a reclining device 6 so as to be able to lie down and tilt backward. Further, a head rest 7 is disposed above the upper seat back part 4, and a pair of stays 8, 8 are integrally fixed to the head rest 7. 5.
That is, the stays 8, 8 of the headrest 7 pass through the upper seatback part 4, and when the headrest 7 is removed from the lower seatback part 5, the upper seatback part 4 is also removed together with the headrest 7.

Next, when this seat is used as a cargo platform, the upper and lower seat back parts 4 and 15 are joined by belt members 11 and 12, and the hook part 13 of the belt member 12 of the lower seat back part 5 is removed from the recessed part 14. The headrest 7 and the upper seat back part 4 can be removed from the lower seat back part 5 and removed from the belt member 11 of the upper seat back part 4, as shown in FIG.
The lower seat back part 5 is folded onto the seat cushion 2 by the reclining device 6. moreover,
When this seat cushion 2 is rotated 180 degrees around the pivot on the front bottom surface, the seat is accommodated in the vehicle floor with the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2 facing upward.
The vehicle floor on which the seat cushion 2 was placed and the bottom surface of the seat cushion 2 become flush, allowing cargo to be loaded.

According to this automobile seat, belt members 11 and 12 are disposed on opposing surfaces of the lower seat back portion 5 and the upper seat back portion 4, respectively, and the belt members 11 and 12 move the upper seat back portion 4 onto the lower seat back portion 5. Therefore, when the upper seat back part 4 is attached to the lower seat back part 5, the height of the head rest 7 can be adjusted without the upper seat back part 4 moving together with the head rest 7, and the height of the head rest 7 can be adjusted. Adjustment work becomes easier. Further, the lower seat back portion 5 and the upper seat back portion 4 are connected to the belt member 1.
1 and 12, the hook portion 13 of the belt member 12 of the lower seat back portion 5 is inserted into the recess 14.
When the head rest 7 and the upper seat back part 4 are removed from the lower seat back part 5, the removal work is simplified.

(Effects of the invention) According to this invention, belt members are provided on the lower surface of the upper seat back portion and the upper surface of the lower seat back portion, and the upper seat back portion is locked to the lower seat back portion, so that the height of only the headrest is increased. The height adjustment can be made by regulating the movement of the upper seat back part, making it easy to operate, and by releasing the locking state of this belt member, the headrest and the upper seat back part can be removed from the lower seat back part. Since it can be removed, a vehicle seat can be obtained in which the removal work of the upper seat back part and the like from the lower seat back part is facilitated.
