[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a heat sensitive body for a sprinkler head, and more particularly to an improvement of a heat sensitive body mounted on the sprinkler head body to conduct heat to the sprinkler head body for operation.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

Conventionally, as the heat sensitive body for this type of sprinkler head, one having a single heat sensitive plate has predominantly been used, but FIG. 3 has been devised to improve the heat sensitive efficiency of the heat sensitive body. .

That is, such a heat-sensitive body comprises a heat-sensitive body 31 having two substantially circular heat-sensitive plates 32, 32 provided substantially horizontally with a predetermined distance therebetween. The element 32 senses the heat in the room and conducts the heat to the sprinkler head body 21a.

【0004】[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, in the above-mentioned conventional one, since the heat sensitive plates 32, 32 having the same size are provided substantially parallel to the heat sensitive body 1a, the heat sensitive plate 32 on the lower side blocks the flow of heat upward. Therefore, there is a problem that the upper heat sensitive plate 32 does not serve as a heat sensitive plate.

As a result, the operation of the sprinkler head was delayed, and the fire could not be extinguished early.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and by greatly improving the heat-sensitive efficiency of the heat-sensitive body, the sprinkler head can be quickly operated to contribute to early fire extinguishing. The task is to do.

【0007】[0007]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

That is, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a heat sensitive body mounted on a sprinkler head body 21, wherein at least two or more heat sensitive plates 24 are provided on the heat sensitive body 23 at predetermined intervals. Further, when the heat sensitive body 23 is attached to the sprinkler head main body 21, the heat sensitive plate for the sprinkler head is configured so that the outer diameter of the heat sensitive plate located on the upper side is larger.

【0008】[0008]

[Action]

Therefore, in the heat sensitive body for a sprinkler head having the above-mentioned structure, at least two heat sensitive plates 24 are configured such that the outer diameter of the heat sensitive plate 24 on the upper side is larger than that of the heat sensitive plate on the upper side. Each of the heat sensitive plates 24 can exhibit the heat sensitive function without hindering the heat sensing of the heat sensitive plate 24 located on the upper side by the heat sensitive plate 24.

Therefore, since the heat is sensed by the plurality of heat sensitive plates 24, the heat sensitive efficiency can be improved, and the heat sensed by the heat sensitive plate 24 can be transmitted through the heat sensitive body 23 to the sprinkler. As a result of being quickly transmitted to the head main body 21, it greatly contributes to the convenience of early fire extinguishing such as a fire.

The present embodiment is configured as described above, and in the event of a fire or the like, the sprinkler head operates as follows.

That is, when a fire occurs, the heat-sensing body 22 senses the heat. The heat-sensing body 23 has three heat-sensing plates 24 projecting laterally and the outer diameter of which is the upper side. Since the heat sensitive plate 24 is formed to have a size as large as that of the heat sensitive plate 24, heat can be sensed by another heat sensitive plate 24 without being blocked by the heat sensitive plate 24a on the lower side.

As described above, since each of the heat sensitive plates 24 can exhibit the heat sensitive function, the heat sensitive efficiency of the heat sensitive body 24 itself can be improved.

Therefore, as a result of the heat sensing by each of the heat sensitive bodies 24 being rapidly conducted to the fusible body 26, the time from the occurrence of a fire to the extinction due to the operation of the sprinkler head can be greatly shortened.

That is, when the temperature of the heat sensitive body 22 rises, the fusible body 26 melts or softens, the lower sandwiching body 15 descends and the locking body 13 contracts, and the wall surface of the inwardly projecting portion 18 of the frame 3 is reduced. The engagement state with 19 is released, and as a result, both clamping bodies 14, 15 and the screw body 8, plug body 4 and the like supported by them fall below the nozzle 1, and the outflow port 5 is opened. .

Then, the fire extinguishing water flowing out from the outflow port 5 collides with the upper surface of the stopper 4, and then is dispersed in all four directions and is sprinkled radially.

In the above embodiment, the outer diameter of the heat sensitive plate 24 is set to be as large as the upper sensing plate 24. However, for example, the lower sensing plate 24a as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form a notch 29 for allowing heat to flow upward, or to form a hole 30 for heat distribution as shown in FIG. 2B, or to provide both of them. is there. In the former case, the width L of the notch 29a of the heat sensitive plate 24a at the lower end is set to be larger than the width L'of the notch 29b of the heat sensitive plate 24b at the intermediate position.

Further, although the heat-sensitive body 22 having the three heat-sensitive plates 24 has been described in the embodiment, the number of such heat-sensitive plates 24 is not limited to this. In short, at least two or more heat sensitive plates 24 may be provided on the heat sensitive body 23.

Further, it goes without saying that the specific configuration of the sprinkler head main body 21 is not limited to the above embodiment, and can be widely applied to sprinkler heads to which the heat sensitive body 22 can be attached.

【0028】[0028]

[Effect of the device]

As described above, since the present invention is provided with at least two or more heat sensitive plates on the body of the heat sensitive body, and the outer diameter of the heat sensitive plate on the upper side is larger, the heat sensitive body located on the upper side is The heat sensing by the plates is different from the conventional one in which the heat sensing plate on the lower side is hindered, and each heat sensing plate can sense heat individually.

Therefore, the heat-sensitive efficiency of the heat-sensitive body can be improved, and the heat can be quickly transferred to the sprinkler head body via the heat-sensitive body to operate the sprinkler head body. I got a special effect of doing.

Further, since the heat sensitive body itself has an extremely simple structure, there is also a practical effect that its manufacture can be carried out inexpensively and easily.
