However, it was difficult to control the heat when exposed to direct heat, and each side had to be grilled separately, which was very time-consuming. Therefore, the present applicant first proposed a grilled rice ball maker that can properly accommodate rice balls between a pair of heating plates that can be opened and closed, and then grills each side of the rice ball at once by using a heater. did.

By the way, this grilled rice ball maker utilizes a sheathed heater, and a recessed portion for accommodating the rice balls is formed in a heating plate that is heated by the sheathed heater.
By forming these recesses in the shape of almost triangular rice balls so that the upright and inverted positions are alternately arranged, the area of the heating plate can be effectively used and the traditional triangular rice ball shape can be used. You can get rice balls.

The applicant has conducted various experiments and studies on this issue, and has found that no matter how the sheathed heater is bent, there is a part without a heater between both terminals that are connected to the power supply side, and there is insufficient heating in this part. We found that this was occurring.

Therefore, based on the above knowledge, the present invention provides both terminals of the sheathed heater in a specific positional relationship in relation to the arrangement of the recess, as well as the overall arrangement condition of the sheathed heater. It is an object of the present invention to provide a grilled rice ball device that can solve the above-mentioned conventional problems.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a heating plate in which a plurality of approximately triangular rice ball-shaped recesses are formed side by side, and a heating plate extending over each recess of the heating plate. In the grilled rice ball maker, the sheathed heater is bent to extend through at least one side of each concave portion, and both terminals of the sheathed heater are bent to extend through at least one side of each concave portion. is characterized in that it is located outside each recess corresponding to a portion between each corner of each recess.

(Function) According to the above structure of the present invention, the sheathed heater is provided in each recess in a bent state so as to pass through at least one side of the recess, so that the heat of the sheathed heater is distributed almost uniformly to each recess. Although it is not possible to heat between the terminals of the sheathed heater, since the terminal positions correspond to the parts between the corners of each recess and are located outside of each recess, both terminals can be heated. Since the space between the terminals corresponds to the outside part of each recess and the corner part of each triangular recess, which has an extremely small capacity, the inability to heat between both terminals causes local heating in each recess. It is possible to avoid shortages.

After that, when the rice ball 10 is slightly browned, the main body 5 is opened as shown in FIG. 5, and a seasoning station such as soy sauce, mirin, butter, etc. Apply the liquid using a brush, etc. After that, close the main body 5 and turn it over so that the upper plate 1 and upper case 11 are facing down, and then open the lower plate 2 and lower case 12 by holding the handle 14 on the lower case 12 side that is now on the upper side. , the other side of the rice ball 10 is exposed and the seasoning liquid is applied to that side. At this time, since the inner surfaces of the heating recesses 3 and 4 in which the rice balls are housed are coated with a soft resin, the rice grains do not stick to the rice balls and easily separate into one recess when the rice balls are turned over. convenient for exposing. In addition, when changing the main body 5 from upward to downward, it is convenient to turn it around using the legs 16 as a fulcrum. Furthermore, when the main body 5 is opened, the upper and lower cases 11 and 12 are stably placed on the floor by the legs 15 and 16 attached to the sleeping surfaces 11a and 12a of the respective cases, so that the seasoning liquid It is easier to apply the seasoning liquid, and compared to the conventional method where you open the lid and turn the rice ball over with chopsticks to apply the seasoning liquid, you can turn the rice ball over more reliably and break the shape of the rice ball. You can finish it without any trouble. Further, by repeating the application of the seasoning liquid two or three times according to preference, the grilled rice balls can be finished with a fragrant seasoning.

The number of parts can be reduced by integrally forming the legs 27 and the handles 13 and 14, which are attached to the handles 2 and 2, from heat-resistant synthetic resin into a single member. In other words, it extends from the handles 13 and 14 from the handle side to the hinge connection side, and is attached via the hinge 7 in the width direction of the main body. Four portions of each of the legs 27 are made to protrude, so that the main body 5, which is in an open state at each top surface 27b, is placed on the floor. Note that, as shown in FIG. 14, a display section 28 using a light emitting diode or a neon lamp may be provided in the continuous portion 27a between the two top surfaces of the legs 27 in the width direction of the main body 5.

(Effect of the invention) According to the invention, the sheathed heater is provided in each recess in a bent state so as to pass through at least one side of the recess, and the heat of the sheathed heater is applied almost uniformly to each recess. In addition, although heating cannot be performed between the terminals of the sheathed heater, the terminal positions correspond to the parts between the corners of each recess and are located outside of each recess, and the portion between both terminals is outside of each recess. and the corners of each triangular recess with extremely small capacity, and the inability to heat between both terminals prevents a local shortage of heating in each recess. The effects of the heater being able to heat only locally and the inability to heat between both terminals of the sheathed heater are suppressed, and the heating by the sheathed heater is evenly achieved in each recessed part, so that the rice balls can be baked uniformly.
