図1は本考案に係るシェード取付構造の1実施例を備えた自動車用灯具の垂直 断面図、図2は同じく正面図である。ランプハウジング1の前面開口部を覆って レンズ2が装着されており、上記ランプハウジング1とレンズ2とで囲まれた灯 具室内にリフレクタ3が設けられている。上記リフレクタ3に光源バルブ4が取 り付けられるとともに、必要に応じて該光源バルブ4を覆うカラーキャップ(仮 想線で示す)5が設けられる。シェード6は光源バルブ4の前側を覆う本体6a と、上記本体6aに固着された脚6bとからなっている。一方、前記のリフレク タ3下方の立壁部には、上記の脚6bに係合する位置決め取付座7が成形されて いる。このシェード脚6bと位置決め取付座7との付近を図3に示す。本図(A )は分解斜視図、(B)は組付状態の斜視図である。本例のシェード脚6bの取 付面6b1は方形をなしている。そして位置決め取付座7は、リフレクタ3をプ レス成形して構成されたコの字形の突条よりなり、上記方形の取付面6b1に嵌 合する形状,寸法である。本考案を実施する際、位置決め取付座7はコの字形の 突条に限られるものではなく、シェード取付用の脚に係合してこれを位置決めで きる形状であれば良い。図示の8は、シェード脚6bをリフレクタ3に固着する ためのリベットである。前述の構成によってシェード脚はリフレクタに対して位 置決めされるので、これら双方の部材を固着する手段は任意の公知手段(例えば ネジ,カシメ,接着など)を適用することができる。どのような固着手段を用い ても、前記のようにして位置決めされるので、シェード6は所定の位置へ高精度 で、迅速,容易に固定される。FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view of an automotive lamp equipped with an embodiment of a shade mounting structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view thereof.
