[Prior Art]

The conventional cleaning device includes a pre-cleaning mechanism that first removes easily dislodged rough dust, sand, mud, etc., then a main cleaning mechanism that removes dirt adhering by adding detergent, and the detergent that adheres during the main cleaning. Also, each mechanism of the clean cleaning mechanism for washing away dirty water is provided in series, and the object to be cleaned is sequentially cleaned by the above mechanism. Each of the above mechanisms is provided with a cleaning liquid (water) tank, and the solution in the tank is controlled at 60 ° C to 80 ° C at which dirt is most likely to be removed.

[Problems to be solved by the device]

In the conventional cleaning device described above, the solution in each mechanism is replenished and distributed by an independent circulation path. For example, the water used in the clean cleaning mechanism is compared with the water used in the preliminary cleaning mechanism. Despite its low degree of pollution, it is released as it is because it is not suitable for reuse in the cleansing mechanism. Therefore, there are many wastes of water and heat energy. Further, the cleaned object is sent to the drying device for drying, but a large amount of water adheres to the cleaned object immediately after the clean cleaning, and it is dried as it is. When it is sent to the chamber, the moisture evaporates, so that the dryer requires extra heat energy. For this reason, the amount of water adhering to one box-shaped container (about 650 mm x about 400 mm x about 150 mm) for transporting bread and noodles is about 150 g, and a washing machine that treats 25 pieces per minute can irrigate the drum per hour. This is an amount equivalent to the main amount.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the present invention was developed to reuse the used water that was conventionally wasted by the cleansing mechanism and to reduce the energy consumption of the drying device. In addition to the cleansing mechanism, a draining mechanism that blows warm air is installed next to the cleansing mechanism, and a collecting mechanism that collects the drop water of the draining mechanism and the used water from the cleansing mechanism is further provided. The cleaning apparatus of the embodiment continuously cleans a box-shaped plastic container (hereinafter referred to as a container) that mainly stores and carries bread, noodles, etc., and as shown in FIG. A pre-cleaning mechanism 2, a main cleaning mechanism 3, and a clean cleaning mechanism 4 are provided in this order from the upper side of the chain conveyor 1 that can be transported. Each cleaning mechanism is provided with solution tanks (hereinafter referred to as tanks) 2a, 3a, 4a below the conveyor 1, and cleaning solution jetting nozzles 2b, 3b, 4b around the conveyor 1, which are tanks 2a, 3a. The cleaning liquid in 4a is sprayed from the ejection nozzles 2b, 3b, 4b to the container A on the conveyor 1 via the pumps 2c, 3c, 4c. A partition 5 is provided between each mechanism to ensure that droplets do not mix with each other. The jet nozzles 2b, 3b, 4b are arranged so that the upper and lower positions thereof do not coincide with each other in the vertical direction so that the jetted liquids do not interfere with each other, and the jet nozzles 2b, 3b, 4b is attached to supply pipes 2d, 3d, and 4d that are endlessly arranged around the conveyor 1 from the pumps 2c, 3c, and 4c, and the ejection pressure of each nozzle is more uniform than that of conventional feed pipes. It is like this. In the cleaning apparatus of this embodiment, in addition to the above-described cleaning mechanisms, a drainer mechanism 6 is provided on the lower side of the conveyor 1, that is, in succession to the clean cleaning mechanism 4. The water draining mechanism 6 blows warmed air vigorously against the container A on the conveyor 1 by the blower 6a to blow off the adhered water. Below the water draining mechanism 6 and the cleansing and cleaning mechanism 4, there are provided a water receiver 7a which covers the entire lower parts of both mechanisms and is tapered so that the received water gathers in one place, and a trough-shaped water reservoir 7b. The collecting mechanism 7 configured as described above is provided so that the used water in the cleansing mechanism 4 and the falling water in the draining mechanism 6 can be collected together. Further, a water supply pipe 8a connected to the tank 2a of the preliminary cleaning mechanism 2 is connected to the water reservoir 7a of the recovery mechanism 7 so that the recovered water can be sequentially replenished to the tank 2a via a pump 8b. Is provided. [Effect of the device]

In the cleaning device configured as described above, there is almost no attached water in the container that is carried out from the cleaning device and sent to the drying device P after the cleaning, and the drying operation becomes easy. Even if the preparatory cleaning liquid is used repeatedly, the pollution level is kept low by supplementing the recovered water with a low degree of contamination, and the temperature of the recovered water is much higher than that of tap water, which is an energy saving measure. It is effective. Therefore, the used water of the clean cleaning device and the adhered water of the object to be cleaned can be effectively used to reduce the load on the drying device, and the supplementary tap water can be saved for the water used in the preliminary cleaning device. Also, since the energy required for heating can be reduced, it greatly contributes to energy saving and resource saving measures, and the actual profit is enormous.

The present invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular, a cleaning device for a box-shaped container, which aims to effectively use water and heat sources which have conventionally been wasted, with a simple and rational structure. It is intended to provide a cleaning device having a high cleaning effect while enhancing resource and energy saving effects.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

In the conventional cleaning equipment, first, preliminary cleaning is performed to wash away easily dislodged rough dust, sand, mud, etc. Rinse out in order. Each cleaning mechanism is provided with a separate tank of cleaning water (liquid), and the cleaning water in the tank is controlled at 60 ° C to 80 ° C where dirt is most likely to be removed. In this way, the cleaning water in each mechanism is supplied and discharged through independent circulation paths, so for example, the water used in this cleaning mechanism is more polluted than the water used in the preliminary cleaning mechanism. Although the degree of cleaning is low, it is not suitable for reuse in the main cleaning mechanism and is drained as it is, resulting in much waste of cleaning water. Therefore, in order to eliminate these drawbacks, the overflow water of the main cleaning mechanism is used in the pre-cleaning mechanism as in the "dishwasher" described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 49-132668 to effectively use the water. Attempts have been proposed to achieve

[Problems to be solved by the device]

However, the above-mentioned conventional device only uses the overflow water of the main cleaning mechanism on the immediate upstream side of the main cleaning mechanism. This means that the main cleaning mechanism is expanded to the pre-cleaning mechanism side and one cleaning mechanism is used. It is not much different from performing one cleaning process. It is also important to note that there is a lack of consideration for a consistent cleaning system that includes the rinsing process and drying process, and consideration for enhancing the cleaning effect. That is, the object to be cleaned after the cleaning process is finally sent to the drying device to be dried, but immediately after the cleaning, a large amount of water adheres to the object to be cleaned and remains as it is. When it is sent to a drying device, these water vapors evaporate, which requires extra heat energy. By the way, the amount of moisture attached to each box-shaped container (about 650 mm × about 400 mm × about 150 mm) for transporting bread and noodles is about 150 g, and it takes about 1 hour for a cleaning device that can process 25 pieces per minute. What a water equivalent to one drum irrigation is attached to. From the viewpoint of constructing a consistent cleaning system from cleaning to pre-drying to drying, the conventional cleaning device is poor in resource saving and energy saving effects. Moreover, the cleaning water ejected from the upper and lower nozzles interferes with each other, resulting in unevenness in the ejection output, resulting in poor cleaning efficiency. Therefore, improvement of the arrangement of nozzles for spraying washing water on the container is also desired.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

The present invention consistently performs from cleaning to predrying, and in the series of steps, enhances the cleaning efficiency, reuses the used cleaning water that was previously wasted by the cleaning mechanism, and heats the dryer. This product was developed to reduce energy consumption and also to spray cleaning water efficiently. Its structure is pre-cleaning, main cleaning, clean cleaning, and warm air spraying along the transport path. A plurality of endless cleaning water supply pipes each having an ejection nozzle inside and connected to each other are arranged in series in the cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning water supply pipes pass through the conveyance path inside and are adjacent to each other. The supply pipes are arranged in a slanting manner so that the standing inclination direction with respect to the conveyance surface is the reverse direction to the conveyance direction, and the inclination direction is opposite to the conveyance direction.Furthermore, at the bottom of the cleaning mechanism and the draining mechanism, Both mechanisms It provided with a recovery mechanism for recovering Oite no longer needed water, Ru near providing the feeder for replenishing the water recovered by the recovery mechanism of that the prewashing apparatus.

[Action]

According to the present invention, a plurality of endless cleaning water supply pipes each having an ejection nozzle inside and connected to each other are arranged so as to pass through the conveyance path to the inside, and each adjacent supply pipe is connected. Since the rising inclination direction of the pipe with respect to the conveying surface is inclined so as to be the opposite direction to the conveying direction, the cleaning water ejected from the upper and lower ejection nozzles does not interfere with each other, and As the cleaning water is sprayed to every corner, the used cleaning water collected by the relatively clean cleaning mechanism and the draining mechanism is replenished to the precleaning mechanism that is heavily contaminated. It is more economical than supplying water. Moreover, since the temperature of the recovered wash water to be replenished is much higher than that of ordinary tap water, heating in the preliminary wash mechanism is small and it is the best energy saving measure.

By arranging the jet nozzles staggered with respect to the transport direction, the jetted wash water does not interfere with each other, and the wash water is spread to every corner of the container A. Further, by making the washing water supply pipes 2d, 3d, 4d endless, the jetting pressure of the washing water from each nozzle can be made uniform. On the lower side of the cleansing mechanism 4, there is provided a draining mechanism 6 that performs preliminary cleaning and then preliminary drying. The draining mechanism 6 is configured to blow warm air to the container A by a blower 6a to blow away the wash water adhering to the container A. The drained container A is dried by a dryer P. Sent to. At the bottom of the water draining mechanism 6 and the cleaning mechanism 4, a water receiver 7a is formed in a funnel shape so as to cover the entire lower part of both mechanisms and collect the received water at one place, and a trough-shaped water stopper 7b. A recovery mechanism 7 composed of and is provided so that the used cleaning water in the clean cleaning mechanism 4 and the drop water in the draining mechanism 6 can be recovered at the same time. A water supply pipe 8a connected to the tank 2a of the preliminary cleaning mechanism 2 is connected to the water stopper 7b of the recovery mechanism 7, and the recovered cleaning water can be sequentially supplied to the tank 2a via the pump 8b. 8 are provided. In the figure, 9 is a drainage channel for appropriately discharging excess cleaning water, and 10 is an exterior wall integrally surrounding the cleaning mechanisms 2, 3, 4 and the draining mechanism 6. The exterior wall 10 is provided with a heat insulating material 10a such as glass wool or rock wool to improve sound insulation and heat insulating effects. Although the above-mentioned embodiment describes the cleaning device for the box-shaped container, the object to be cleaned is not limited to the box-shaped container. Further, the structures of the water draining mechanism, the collecting mechanism and the supplying mechanism may be appropriately changed within the scope of achieving the purpose of the present proposal.

[Effect of the device]

As described above, according to the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the cleaning water is uniformly sprayed on the entire surface, so that the cleaning efficiency is excellent, and the cleaning water adheres to the used cleaning water and the object to be cleaned of the clean cleaning mechanism with less dirt. The washing water can be effectively used, which results in saving the washing water, and also can significantly reduce the heat energy in the drying device. Further, since the cleaning water pipe is composed of an endless pipe, the spraying pressure of the cleaning water from each nozzle can be equalized, and uniform cleaning can be performed. Therefore, the practical benefit is great for a cleaning system that consistently performs from cleaning to drying.
