Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は洗浄機と乾燥機とを連設した洗浄シス
テムに関し、詳しくは乾燥機で発生する凝縮水を
洗浄機で有効に利用し、省エネルギー及び省資源
対策を図らんとするものである。

洗浄機システムにおいては、予備洗浄、本洗

効率を良くするため該清水を40℃〜80℃に温めて

量の水と熱エネルギーが消費されているのであ
る、一方乾燥機は、ボイラーで水を加熱し、発生
した水蒸気を蒸気管を介して放熱器(蒸気ヒータ
ー)に送り込み、熱交換によつて約90℃〜120℃
の熱風を吹付けるようになつている。従つて、放
熱器表面における放熱のため蒸気は凝縮して凝縮
水となる。又蒸気管内に送られる際も同様に凝縮
水の発生が起こる。蒸気生成用の凝縮水は、少な
くともボイラー、配管及び放熱器を痛めないよう
に清水が使用され、発生する凝縮液は加熱の効果
も加わつて、雑菌の存在しない水である。従来該
凝縮水は、再度ボイラーに供給すらされず、洗浄
装置で発生する汚れと一緒に放出されていて、み
すみす貴重な資源を無駄にしていたのである。

し、該回収した凝縮水を洗浄機の清洗浄液タンク
に供給する凝縮水導入管を設けたことにある。

浄機構を有する洗浄機1と、乾燥機2とが、搬送
コンベヤ3の搬送路上に連設されている。乾燥機
2には蒸気ヒーター2aが組込まれていて、ボイ
ラー(図示せず)によつて水を加熱して得られた
水蒸気が、蒸気管2bを介して該蒸気ヒーター2
aに送り込まれるようになつている。蒸気ヒータ
ー2aは該蒸気から熱交換を受けた熱風をコンベ
ヤ3上の容器Aに吹付け、容器Aの乾操を行な
う。蒸気管2bの要所及び蒸気ヒーター2aに
は、管内及び蒸気ヒーター内で発生した凝縮液を
水蒸気と分離する蒸気トラツプ4が設けられてい
る。一方洗浄機1の清洗浄機構1cは、コンベヤ
3下に清洗浄用液(水)を貯える水タンク5が備
えられていると共に、コンベヤ3の周囲を取巻く
ようにして噴出ノズル6が定間隔を保ち配置され
ている。該噴出ノズル6にはポンプ7を介して前
記水タンク5内の水が供給されるようになつてお
り、噴出ノズル6は、コンベヤ3を搬送方向に直
交した方向に対して角度を保ち、且つ無端状に配
管された供給パイプ8に取付けられていて、各噴
出ノズルにおける噴出圧の均一化を図つていると
共に、各噴出ノズル同士が互に干渉しないように
する配慮がされている。当該実施例の洗浄装置
(洗浄能力10個/分〜25個/分)においては、前
記噴出ノズル6が必要とする水量が20〜40/分
であるのに対し、前記ポンプ7は約200/分の
能力を有するものを使用し、供給パイプ8から分
岐路8aを設けて供給水を再度水タンク5内へ噴
き戻している。該噴き戻しによつて水タンク5内
は攪拌されて温度の均一化が図られている。この
様に形成された乾燥機2と清洗浄機構1cとは、
一端を蒸気トラツプ4に、他端を水タンク5に
夫々接続し、乾燥機2で発生した凝縮水を水タン
ク5に供給する凝縮水導入管9で接続されてい
る。

は、箱型容器を洗浄するものであるが、本考案に
おける被洗浄物は箱型容器以外であつても差支え
ない。又当該実施例の装置においては、洗浄機の
各タンクを着脱可能に形成することによつて、タ
ンクがひび割れを起したり破損した場合、該タン
クの保守を容易に行える。更に、配管の随所には
圧力計10が取付けられていて、タンク内への初
注水量のチエツク、運転中管内に異物が詰まつて
起こすトラブル等を早期発見できるようになつて
いる。
