[Industrial applications]

The present invention relates to a technique of providing a sliding door on a partition wall.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior Art]

Conventionally, partition walls have been used to partition vertical members such as walls, columns, and furniture that face each other. This partition wall is formed by building a plurality of wall panels. However, when providing an entrance / exit to the partition wall, the upper rail of the lower opening is usually attached to the ceiling and the lower rail is attached to the floor. A partition wall is constructed by suspending the panel in the traveling direction and closing the partition panel. When necessary, the entire partition panel is moved along the upper and lower rails to be opened.

However, this is not suitable for opening and closing only part of the partition wall when going in and out on a daily basis, so two upper rails with downward openings are formed on the ceiling and two lower rails with upward openings are provided on the floor. A fixed wall panel on the fixed side is attached to the pair of upper and lower rails, and an opening / exit opening is provided between the side end of the fixed wall panel and a vertical member such as a wall, a pillar, or furniture. A pair of upper and lower rails are attached to a sliding door wall panel that serves as a sliding door so that the sliding door wall panel that runs as a sliding door opens and closes the entrance / exit opening.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional example, not only the upper rail but also the lower rail is required, and both the upper and lower rails have a problem that they are completely visible from the outside and have a poor appearance. There is a problem that it is difficult to walk when going in and out of the opening for use.

The present invention was devised in view of the problems of the above-mentioned conventional example, and the purpose thereof is that a lower rail is not required, and the rail is invisible and the appearance is good. It is to provide a partition wall with a sliding door that does not hinder access to the entrance and exit openings.

As shown in FIG. 4, a recess 15 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the fixed wall panel 3, and a fitting member 16 is slidably fitted in the recess 15 up and down by a spring 17. It is elastically biased so that it protrudes. The fitting member 16 is provided with a fitting recess 18. A lower fitting recess 19 is provided on the lower surface of the fixed wall panel 3. Then, the upper locking tool 21 and the lower locking tool 22 are attached to the lower surface of the upper frame 6 and the upper surface of the floor 20, respectively, and the fitting recess 18 is fitted to the upper locking tool 21 and the fixed wall is fixed. The panel 3 is pushed upward against the spring 17, and in this state, the lower fitting concave portion 19 is positioned on the lower locking member 22, and then the external force pushing the fixed wall panel 3 upward is released. The lower fitting concave portion 19 and the lower locking member 22 are locked to the lower locking member 22 by dropping the lever and the fixed wall panel 3 downward. As described above, one or a plurality of fixed wall panels 3 are built up. When one or a plurality of fixed wall panels 3 are built up in this way, one wall member 1a, which is one of the vertical members 1, is installed. One side end of the fixed wall panel 3 comes into contact with the vertical frame 1b, but the vertical frame 1b provided on the wall 1a which is the other vertical member 1 and the other side end of the fixed wall panel 3 and the other vertical end. It is built so that an opening / closing opening 5 is formed between it and the member 1. A guide roller 11 is rotatably attached to the shaft. A runner running groove 9 is provided on the side of the upper end surface of the fixed wall panel 3.

Inside the upper frame 6, an inner rail 7 extending along the entrance / exit opening 5 and invisible from the outside is provided. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the inner rail 7 is hidden by the seat of the upper frame 6 and the other lower surface member 14 so that it cannot be seen from the outside. Inside the inner rail 7, an inner runner 8 is mounted so that it can travel freely. At the rear end of the upper part of the sliding door wall panel 4, a hanging base runner 10 is provided so as to project toward the fixed wall panel 3, and the hanging base runner 10 is a runner at the upper end surface of the fixed wall panel 3. It is suspended in the traveling groove 9 so that it can travel freely. Further, a guide groove 12 is provided on the lower surface of the sliding door wall panel 4 over the entire length in the substantially longitudinal direction, and a guide roller 11 is fitted in the guide groove 12 so as to be rollable. On the front end of the upper end of the sliding door wall panel 4, a hanging runner 13 is provided. Here, a magnet is provided on at least one of the internal runner 8 and the suspension side runner 13, and a magnetic body that is magnetically attached to the magnet is provided on the other side. It is sucked into the internal runner 8 via 14. Therefore, the rear end of the sliding door wall panel 4 is suspended and supported by the hanging runner 10 being hung freely in the runner running groove 9, and the front end of the sliding door wall panel 4 is an inner rail. The runner 13 on the suspension destination side is sucked and hung by the inner runner 8 that is fitted in the movable runner 7 via the lower surface material 14 of the upper frame 6 to support the suspension, and also the wall panel 4 for the sliding door. The lower part is supported by the guide roller 11 fitted in the guide groove 12 so that the guide roller 11 can travel freely so that a steady rest is provided. If both the internal runner 8 and the suspension runner 13 are magnets, one of the vertically opposed parts of the internal runner 8 and the suspension runner 13 should be the north pole and the other should be the south pole. To do. Further, one of them may be a magnet and the other may be a metal such as iron that is attracted to the magnet.

Then, by moving the sliding door wall panel 4 so that the sliding door wall panel 4 overlaps the fixed wall panel 3 and opens the entrance / exit opening 5, as shown in FIG. The door can be opened and closed through the entrance and exit, and can be entered and exited through the entrance and exit opening 5. Also, the sliding door wall panel 4 can be run in the opposite direction to enter and exit the sliding door wall panel 4. By closing the opening 5 for use, the partition wall 2 with the opening / closing opening 5 closed as shown in FIG. 5 can be obtained. When the sliding door wall panel 4 is moved in this manner, the suspension runner 13 is suspended by the internal runner 8 due to the attraction between the magnet and the magnetic body, and the sliding runner 13 rolls on the lower surface of the upper frame 6 while traveling. (At this time, the internal runner 8 is also sucked by the suspension runner 13 and travels along the internal rail 7), and the sliding door wall panel 4 can be opened and closed without any hindrance to the suspension travel. It is a thing.

By the way, according to the present invention, the inner rail 7 is not visible from the outside and the guide roller 11 is not exposed to the outside when the opening / closing opening 12 is opened or closed. It is like this. As shown in FIG. 7, when a magnetic material 25 such as a magnet or iron piece is provided in the upper portion of the vertical frame 1b corresponding to the hanging-side runner 13, when the sliding door wall panel 4 is closed, the hanging-side side is closed. The magnet or magnetic body provided on the runner 13 can be magnetically attached to the magnetic body 25 provided on the vertical frame 1b to maintain the closed state.

[Effect of the device]

According to the present invention, as described above, an inner rail extending along the access opening is provided inside the upper frame of the partition wall so that the inner rail cannot be seen from the outside, and the inner runner is freely movable in the inner rail. A runner groove is provided on the upper end surface of the fixed wall panel, a runner runner is provided on the rear end of the upper part of the sliding door wall panel, and the runner runner is installed on the upper end surface of the fixed wall panel. It is hung freely in the running groove and has a hanging runner at the front end of the upper end of the sliding door wall panel. At least one of the internal runner and the hanging runner has a magnet and the other has a magnet. Since a magnetic body to be magnetically attached is provided and the runner on the suspension side is attracted to the internal runner via the lower surface material of the upper frame, the internal rail is not exposed to the outside and the appearance is improved. Maybe like this Although the appearance is such that the ruler cannot be seen, the runner on the suspension side is hung by the attraction between the magnet and the magnetic body and runs while rolling on the lower surface of the upper frame. It is possible to open and close the sliding door wall panel without any hindrance, and guide the guide roller from the fixed wall panel toward the sliding door wall panel near the lower side edge of the fixed wall panel. By sliding the rollers into the guide groove provided on the lower surface of the sliding door wall panel, the lower rail that is fixed to the floor is no longer required, and the lower rail is used to move in and out of the entrance opening and closing. There is no risk that the lower rail will interfere with walking as with the case where the lower rail is installed, and even if the lower rail is not installed, the guide roller can be fitted into the guide groove to secure the sliding door wall panel. To are those can be opened and closed, and because setting only without the lower rail, in this respect also in which appearance is improved.
