Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door device used in, for example, an office, a hospital, and a welfare facility, and more particularly to a sliding door device that can use a normal partition panel as a door pocket panel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Examples of conventional sliding door devices include those disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-82370 and Japanese Patent No. 2811634.
[0003]
In these conventional sliding door devices, components such as a sliding door main body, a door pocket, a balustrade panel and the like are modularized and attached in a frame.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the modular sliding door device as described above, the continuity of the design is interrupted when it is incorporated into a part of the partition that is continuous in the left-right direction, because the thickness of the baseboard, the door-seat panel, etc. is different from the normal one. As a result, the design effect and appearance are reduced.
[0005]
Moreover, since the modularized sliding door apparatus requires the components for it, it becomes expensive.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. The sliding door device can be assembled to a normal partition panel to improve its appearance, and the components can be shared to reduce the cost. The purpose is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the sliding door device of the present invention, the front and rear between the lateral direction erected at predetermined intervals the panel support, the panel is a sliding door device attached to partition mounted, multiple elevation set to one of the panel support has a doorstop struts one of the left and right panel support adjacent to each other, and instead of the other panel support, front and rear pair of opposed spaced substantially equally to the front and rear panels The intermediate struts are provided , and the door struts and the intermediate struts are opened to serve as entrances, and the sliding doors that can close the entrances are closed to contact the door struts, and the front and rear intermediate struts. It is possible to move in the left-right direction between the door and the open position that abuts against the door support column that regulates the open limit of the sliding door that is erected in the door pocket formed between the front and rear panels. Front and back panel A part of the lower end, is supported on the panel support member provided between the panel support adjacent the door pocket post and該戸bag struts, with the side end of the intermediate pillar side, is in contact with the intermediate posts before and after the panel holding It is characterized by doing so. According to the present invention having the above-described configuration, a normal partition panel can be used as a sliding door, so that the continuity of the design is maintained. In addition, it is not necessary to modularize and assemble the entire sliding door device, and it is not necessary to manufacture a dedicated part for modularization because a part of the normal partition and parts can be shared. Further, the front and rear panels as the door pocket can be firmly held, and the sliding door and the panel support member are prevented from interfering with each other.
[0010]
In the above sliding door device, a guide rail for hanging the sliding door movably in the left-right direction is installed between the upper part of the door-to-door support column and the door pocket support, and the front and rear surfaces of the intermediate portion of the guide rail are used as the intermediate support column. It is preferable to fix.
If it does in this way, since an intermediate support and a guide rail are fixed firmly mutually, it will not wobble by external force.
[0011]
In the sliding door device, it is preferable that a concave structure facing the longitudinal direction is formed on the lower end surface of the sliding door, and a guide roller provided on the floor surface between the intermediate columns is loosely fitted in the concave structure.
In this way, the sliding door can be opened and closed stably and smoothly without swinging in the front-rear direction, so that it does not come into contact with the intermediate column or the like.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0013]

The upper end portion of each partition panel 5 is held by being inserted into the headboard 7, and the lower end is supported by panel receiving members 26 and 27 described later. In addition, the partition panel 5 on the right side of the intermediate column 3 also serves as a door pocket panel of a sliding door 9 to be described later, and its mounting form will be described later.
[0017]
An entrance / exit 8 having a size substantially corresponding to one of the partition panels 5 is opened between the door support post 2 and the intermediate support post 3, and the entrance / exit 8 is opened and closed by a sliding door 9.
[0018]
The left and right ends of a rail support member 10 as shown in FIG. 3 are fixed between the upper ends of the door support post 2 and the door pocket support 4, and an L-shaped guide rail 11 is provided on the horizontal lower piece 10a. However, it is fixed so that the left side is slightly inclined downward.
[0019]
A pair of left and right grooved suspension rollers 12 are fitted to the guide rail 11 from above so that they can roll in the left and right directions, and the lower end of the suspension bracket 13 to which the rollers 12 are pivotally attached is the sliding door. 9 is fixed to the left and right end portions of the upper end of 9. As a result, the sliding door 9 is suspended from the guide rail 11, the front and rear intermediate struts 3 are moved from the closed position where the left end comes into contact with the door-end strut 2 into the right partition panel 5 of the intermediate strut 3. It can move in the left-right direction until it enters and reaches the open position where the right end comes into contact with the door pocket support 4 and automatically moves from the open position to the closed position by the tilting action of the guide rail 11. It is designed to be self-closing.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 4, a guide member 16 having a guide roller 15 that is rotatable about a vertical axis is fixed to the upper end of the upright U-shaped baseboard 14 adjacent to the lower ends of the front and rear intermediate struts 3. A downward U-shaped guide piece 17 fixed to the lower end of the sliding door 9 is loosely fitted to the guide roller 15. Thereby, the sliding door 9 can move to the left and right stably without swinging in the front-rear direction or interfering with the intermediate column 3.
[0021]
18 is a pair of front and rear span panels attached above the sliding door 9, and as shown in FIG. 3, the upper and lower ends are held in the headboard 7, and the left and right ends are the door-supporting column 2 and the intermediate column. 3 is engaged with a hook (not shown) and an engagement hole.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, the appropriate positions at the upper end portions of the front and rear intermediate struts 3 are attached to a strut fixing member 19 fixed on the upper piece 10 b of the rail support member 10 via attachment pieces 20 fixed to both struts 3. It is screwed.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, an adjuster bolt having a downward U-shaped end fitting 21 fixed in the base board 14 below each panel support 1 and doorcase support 4 and having a lower end fixed thereon. A box-shaped height adjustment fitting 23 having both left and right sides opened is screwed to 22 and fixed by a lock nut 24. The lower end portions of the panel columns 1 and the door pocket columns 4 are fitted and supported by the height adjusting bracket 23.
[0024]
A support piece 25 that is connected to the lower end of each of the height adjustment brackets 23 in the left-right direction (only the right side of the left adjustment bracket is connected to the left and right sides of the right adjustment bracket). ) Are opposed to each other with a downward U-shaped short panel support member 26 and a long panel support member 27 screwed together. The left height adjustment fitting 23 is provided on the back side in the panel 5 so as not to hinder the storage of the sliding door 9.
[0025]
On the outwardly facing piece 26a facing the front and rear direction of the lower end of the short panel support member 26, an inwardly curved surface of the lower end of the right end portion of the front and rear partition panel 5 adjacent to the sliding door 9 is also supported. Yes.
[0026]
Similarly, substantially the entire lower end surface of each partition panel 5 between the columns 1 is supported on the outwardly facing piece 27 a of the long panel support member 27.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7 (only one is shown), the front and rear partition panels 5 on the sliding door 9 side that also serves as a door pocket panel are brought into contact with the right side surface of the intermediate column 3. As a result, a plurality of vertically long engagement holes 28 formed in the bent piece 5a that is held to prevent the leftward tilting and that faces the right end of the left end of the panel 5 are fixed to the intermediate column 3. By locking the hooks 29a upward with hooks 29a, it is possible to prevent them from falling in the front-rear direction.
[0028]
As described above, in the above embodiment, since the normal partition panel 5 can be used as a door pocket panel of the sliding door 9, the continuity of the design of the partition due to the installation of the sliding door 9 is interrupted. And the appearance is improved.
[0029]
Further, since it is not necessary to modularize the sliding door device as in the prior art, the panel 5 and the baseboard 14 can be shared, and the parts necessary for modularization can be reduced.
[0030]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and can take various forms.
[0031]
In the above embodiment, the guide rail 11 of the sliding door 9 is attached to the rail support member 10. However, the shape of the guide rail 11 may be slightly changed so that the guide rail 11 is directly fixed to the door-holding column 2, the intermediate column 3 and the door-bag column 4. Good. Further, the sliding door 9 is suspended so as to be movable in the left-right direction via a roller 12 that can roll on a guide rail 11 provided on the upper side. However, a guide method for moving the sliding door 9 in the left-right direction is as follows. For example, the sliding door 9 may be guided by a guide rail fixed on the floor surface.
[0032]
Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to a low partition without the headboard 7, and the baseboard 14 may be omitted, and the partition panel 5 having a long vertical length may be used.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be achieved.
[0034]
(A) According to the invention described in claim 1, since a normal partition panel can be used as a door pocket of a sliding door, the continuity of the design is maintained, and the design effect and appearance are improved. Further, unlike the conventional case, there is no need to modularize and assemble the sliding door device, so that some parts can be made common and the cost can be reduced. Further, the front and rear panels as the door pocket can be firmly held, and the sliding door and the panel support member are prevented from interfering with each other.
[0037]
( B ) According to the invention described in claim 2 , since the intermediate column and the guide rail are firmly fixed to each other, even if an external force is applied, the intermediate column and the rail are wobbled or the panel is deformed. There is no.
